The staff was so friendly. Like best friend since you were little friendly. Really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The lady that checked us in was amazing and Shame on me for not remembering her name.

It was good

Nice property, clean, sleek, courteous staff and comfortable room. The only parking options are valet ($42 a night) or street meter parking. We were not informed about valet procedures so picking up our car was a long and tedious event. The “free” breakfast was ok at best.

Excellent location, nice clean place. Only thing is no parking lot to it. Valet has to take it ta a parking garage which costs you another $45 per night.

Amazing property, well located and friendly staff. The breakfast was beyond what we expected. Would recommend to anyone!

I would ask for a room away from the alley as the garbage trucks woke us up a few times. Staff are tremendous! Breakfast is free and very good. New a/c units in the rooms were much quieter than last year. Nice bathroom products too. Pillows were various in type and really good. We asked for a late checkout and they accommodated us with storing our luggage, letting us get it out back and forth to repack etc. They even let us take a shower in our room after checking out as our convention activity ran late.

The valet service was excellent. Joey and Pablo were very helpful informing us on how to get around walking to local eateries.

We would stay here again.

Excelente trato, limpieza

Not sure what welcome gift I was supposed to get? The parking situation was a pain, so I decided to use Uber for most of this trip. The walk to Chase Field was longer than I anticipated. It said a 10 minute walk, that wasn't accurate. A walk this long with the Phoenix isn't optimal. Everything else was first class. I thought the parking situation and lack of free parking could be clearer.

The hotel is so clean and the staff is friendly. Great location.

Close to ball park, we were able to walk to game. Facility extremely clean and very nicely decorated. Would stay there again.

Everything was good for the most part. The only things i didn't like was that the beds are a litte stiffer than I'm used to, and the smart tv in the room in order to use any apps on it you had to look thur the channel guide to find them on a random channel
