Very friendly staff and clean facilities.

The room was large and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice visit.

Was there for a SoftBall tournament. The part if the team that was staying they made sure to put us all on the same floor.

Quiet property close to the expressway.

Property was fine but there wasn’t anyplace to eat.

The girl who checked us in was not friendly at all. She acted as if she was put out to take the time to check us in.

The room was really nice; convenient from the Interstate; and check in staff friendly. My only complaint is concerning breakfast. Selection was ok but the real issue is NO COFFEE! Why? It's breakfast. Yes, coffee in the room but didn't think I would need to travel down elevator with a cup to have with breakfast.

Friendly and respectful, and the follow-up messages to make sure we happy with their service. We have a new respect for Hampton Bay accommodations!

Great place to stay while driving route 66.

This hotel is always nice and the breakfast staff are the sweetest! I love the lady who was working!

The hotel looks like it’s going through some remodeling. One elevator was not working. Our room looked semi redone. The beds were extremely comfortable. I did not use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was okay. Coffee good! The staff were adequate, going through what needed to do. Not sure if I’d stay there again or drive to the next city.

The first night was horrible. I was put in a room that the AC didn’t work. It was 79° from check-in till the next morning. I asked during the night to be swapped to another room and was told they didn’t have any, the next morning. I talked to the manager and she put me in a room with an a/c. I missed out on a big motorcycle ride because I had zero sleep the night before which was the reason for the stay ! The manager did make it right by refunding one night. As far as comfortable, I wasn’t ,there’s hardly any water pressure( both rooms on fourth floor) and while taking a shower, I had water over my ankles in both bathtubs because they drain extremely slow as does the sinks for some reason. Overall ruined my trip !

Very clean. Super friendly staff. Good assortment of breakfast items. I wish all my hotel experiences could be as satisfying as this one was.
