Everything was great with the exception that the pool was not open and our kids were really looking forward to it. I wish that information would've have been written in all caps on the site before we booked.

We had a great stay overall! The staff was very helpful and inviting, and the rooms were clean and organized.

Seemed short staffed but staff was very friendly!

Great customer service started when we checked in. While our room had minor flaws due to wear and tear, it was clean and our view was nice. Housekeeping did a terrific job cleaning while we were enjoying the town. Breakfast was decent to say the very least. I would definitely stay here again!

After finding bedbugs I phoned staff. A maintenance man came up at closed the room down. I took photos and maintenance took the bug. We were given a different room but our belongings had been in it all evening so I spent until 230 am washing everything we had. They had no laundry soap so I used shampoo I had brought. I had 1 evening to enjoy myself and that is how it was spent. I was told the manager would contact me. No call and no answer to my email. I’m sad as I don’t feel I should be charged for that experience. I will not stay here again. Jackie the staff member was very nice to me. They did give me quarters to wash the clothes. I asked if we could stay a bit longer as I was tired from being up most of the night. We were given a “complimentary hour”. I wish to be reimbursed for that night of laundry patrol that should have been movie watching with my granddaughter.

Hotel and Room is very out dated, online pictures were incorrect.

The only problem was in the morning one day we waited nine minutes to catch the elevator down second day we waited 12 minutes and most of the elevators were full to capacity

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was great. Area was safe. Check-in was a bit slow and elevators can be a wait at times, pool was out of order. Rooms were clean and views were nice. The shower head and pressure could've been better. I didn't try the breakfast. Overall Above average stay

This was a short stay as part of a girl’s trip. The Hotel accommodations were very pleasing. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The decor was timely. The walk-in shower was most appreciative due to physical limitations.

I'm a big fan of Hampton. It has an expensive feel without the price. My last 2 stays are a mixed bag. The rooms are always superb, but the facilities were less than stellar. Some are due for upgrades.

The property is in the heart of the city which makes it so convenient to walk around!

Good place to stay downtown

Waiting for the elevator in the mornings was awful. We ended up walking down - 22 stories. Hotel was ok, good location but would try to stay on lower floor.

We booked this hotel because it was advertised to have a pool. We arrived and were notified that the pool was closed for renovations and it has been for months. We never would have booked here if we knew this. We don't get out of town often and this was really disappointing. We paid more compared to other offers in the area because of the pool so this was unfortunate.

It took a while to get help checking in. While checking in, there was a sign letting guests know the pool was closed for renovation. The AC stopped working well on the second day. The wait for the elevator was really bad in the morning during breakfast time and few other times throughout the day. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing.
