Staff was amazing!

I really enjoyed the stay and felt welcomed by the team- I only had one complaint about a dog barking but that was handled very nicely by Beth! I would like to stay again

Hotel was super great will go back to this hotel again and continusly in the future. But what I didn't like was in the pool area it felt hot and no chlorine in the skimmer baskets. Put pop in the little fridge in our room and it froze on us couldn't drink it. Having a shuttle to Devon amphitheater is nice too.

Convenient location

Was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who offered complimentary waters. Hotel and room smelled fresh and new. Market in lobby was well-stocked with a thoughtful variety of snacks and drinks. Breakfast open until 10 and breakfast attendant was friendly, attentive, and kept the space clean and well-stocked. Received a friendly goodbye on the way out (seemingly a rarity these days!). Was a great stop for my family.

The hotel was overall very nice! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and fitness center were nice and there was a variety of item choices for the complimentary breakfast. If we are ever back in the area, we would stay at this hotel again!

Our room was dirty. Had the pink mildew that easily wiped off with wash cloth so could tell was not done plus black mold all along rub edge. Sink had remnants of previous guests toothpaste we assume as well so that tells us it was not cleaned.

Modern. Nice upgrades to the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially in dealing with the screw-up by Hotels.com re the erroneous double reservation Hotels.com made and then never told Hampton Inn about it or the cancellation I made of their mistake 3 or 4 days prior to our stay. Room and furnishings very clean. I would stay here again but will deal directly with Hampton Inn and avoid Hotels.com.

We only stayed one night but the hotel was clean, even while undergoing some renovations. My check in person was very kind and check in was quick & easy. Our room was very nice with good amenities & a comfy bed.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. They have 2 electric car charging stations, and a really nice patio area with a gas fire pit, and grill.

Overall it was a nice experience

I stayed there 6 nights and after the first day they stopped doing the daily cleaning of my room. One evening I complained about it, and they sent up a maid who was still on the property. She brought me toilet paper and towels as I requested, but didn't make the bed. After that the room was not cleaned again. I spoke to the desk manager who said she would give me a partial refund. For what this place cost, I should have had better service! Other than that, though, it is a nice hotel, but pricey.

It was great. Pool and pool room was actually warm enough (a problem we often have with hotel pools) and I appreciated the long hours it was open for my young kids who wake up early. Breakfast was good, also appreciated that it started early even on a Sunday. Everything was clean! I would only suggest you offer a recycling bin in the room and the breakfast area.

Easy to find

Understaffed. The maids were very loud in the hallway while we were trying to nap before an event. They were complaining about how understaffed they were… 75 rooms to clean with 2 maids…their words. Also, our door was broken. When we reported it, they said they knew. We could not engage the lock! There were not any other rooms available. But, it was clean and I didn’t see any bugs.

It was a very busy weekend. The coffee was out several times, out of juice, out of many breakfast items. In the room, the curtains don’t close and there was bright light shining through all night. Also, the deadbolt didn’t work on our door. There was a hotel van parked in the covered drive in front of the main door. It was raining, and several cars were lined up hoping to let passengers out but couldn’t get under. Had to park and walk in the rain from the parking lot. For what it costs, I expected more.

Last minute booking. Hotel was very clean very friendly and I felt very safe.

Evening desk help was great, the morning desk help was not sociable or very pleasant.
