I love this Hotel because it sits in a nice safe area but a quick drive to downtown Detroit.You get the best of both worlds. Very clean and well kept property

I was at this hotel to attend a concert at Ford Field. The hotel is about 15-20mins from the venue. The highway is very assessable from the hotel. There is tons of shopping close by that if you need something you can grab it. Also there are restaurants near as well. The hotel it self I give it 5 stars the pool area is beautiful. I didn’t get to swim since I was going to the concert but there is a pool. The fitness center was nice. Breakfast was really good and actually was a hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, there also was cereal and fruit. Coffee and things to drink. The room was very nice beds comfortable, tv, fridge and microwave. I give this hotel a 10/10 if you are visiting Detroit.

We had a great stay. We had the pool to ourselves for the kids to play. The breakfast had great variety and friendly staff. Our room did have a damp feel to it, which I think was a result of our proximity to the pool. Overall, we would stay again.

Ok place. Nice and pretty clean. But will need a car to get any where

The check end was effortless. The maintenance employee solved a problem with my room key immediately and with a good attitude.

Nice getaway

I absolutely loved my stay here, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to downtown and other surroundings. Will definitely stay here again.

Stay was excellent minus the pool. For us the pool is a big deal and one of the things my kids look forward to most. The pool water was green and there was so much water outside the pool on the floor there was no place to sit that was dry. Also towels were not stocked either time we used the pool. Otherwise the room was fine, staff was great and breakfast was average.

As advertised

Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay and we are returning in September and are already booked to stay with you again for a week. The only thing I would add is I checked in really late and I was trying to reach the front desk to let your team know that I was still coming, and no one answered the phone but they were sitting at the front desk. But even that didn't diminish our experience or overall rating.

My family stayed here on a road trip from Toronto to Chicago. The hotel was easy to find, convenient to the highway, well-maintained, and quite close to excellent dining options in Dearborn (where you will find some of the best middle eastern food in the country).

The pool water running over

Asked for a first floor room and was assigned a room at the very end of the 4th floor. After check in we proceeded to the room and of course there was an issue with the door lock and it wouldn’t allow access . Went back to the front desk and she asked if we wanted a different room or if we wanted to wait for the door lock to be recharged. I said what ever was the quickest because I was tired and my back was hurting. Of course she decided that recharging the lock was the quickest but I know for a fact just to change rooms was quicker but she obviously wanted to keep me as far away from the front desk as possible. 30 minutes later we were able to get in to the room . This was a Sunday evening check in around 7:30 pm and the parking lot was empty so switching to another room should not have been a problem. Went to lay down finally and pull back the bed sheets to find a nice brown pubic hair in the bed already. Overall just not a good experience for this 80yo. Will definitely avoid staying here when we are in the area visiting family!
