Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Mt Laurel

Very welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast Every staff member was very pleasant. And making sure my stay was a good one.

Run don’t book this hotel. Our tv didn’t work which we could deal with, but then discovered the ac wasn’t functioning and a fan was left in our room. It was late so we crashed this morning we all woke up with sore throats, thats when my son noticed mold on the wall by his bed. Let staff know but they just said sorry.

Everything was great. The one thing that I forgot to report when I checked out was that the rug was soaked around the air conditioner. I’m sure that this has been fixed by now.

The property was great but the room had slight oder and the maids came into the room to clean before check-out.

Very helpful staff, they were accommodating and pleasant

2 queen beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was in disrepair, usable but cracked and unsightly. No luggage rack, no drawers or place to set suitcase or folded clothes. Very small room, barely walking space on either side of the beds. Glad we only stayed two nights, a longer stay would have been very uncomfortable. This was a handicapped accessible room, I don't know how a wheelchair or walker would have navigated the small space.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the location was very convenient. The room cleanliness was below what I would expect but I have seen much worse! Overall a great experience

Broken toilet, breakfast can be improved in quality. Overall good and customer service is friendly.

Great staff. Elevators and rooms need some updating. Good for a night.

El día del ingreso como veníamos de otra ciudad Washington la manager al vernos llegar y ella siendo nada amable nos dice que hacemos ahí en el hotel si el check in es a las 3pm. Nos tocó irnos inmediatamente hasta Philadelphia y regresar al hotel solo hasta las 9 pm.

Excellent location and staff were GREAT! The morning breakfast selections were spot-on and well prepared, room was clean and well stocked with essentials, bedding was clean and well made.

Manager and girl who welcomed us were very nice and pleasent.
