Check-in conditions are particularly good

Hotel condition is good while the guest service is just so & so. Front Desk staff is very cool especially the night shift. They nearly turned their back on guests and don't have any expression on their face while checking-in & checking-out. Breakfast is awful when i ordered fried eggs but the chef simply wiped the frying pan with a table cloth & started cooking the eggs (she just used the same cloth to clean the chef table) which is really disgusting. BTW, the hotel condition is surprisely good with modern decoration. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean. It is crowded with people during Friday and Saturday. However, it's so awkward that they marked up a double on room rate even the hotel is already emptied after Saturdays when all weddings and gatherings ended.

I was there last weekend. Too many children that made a lot of noise night and eearly morning. The swimming pool is also being rebuilted that adding machine noise in morning.

Nice stay

I really enjoyed my stay.However, I ran into language barriers from two housekeeping staff members when I really needed their help with something. I must say Walmart has a better system when it comes to this. Also, the way parking is enforced IS NOT guest friendly. I've stayed in Marriott hotels in at least 5 states,sometimes twice in the same hotel and this was my worse parking encounter.

Very nice stay!

The hotel needs major updating. The shower had mold around the bottom. The bathroom is in need of repairs. The furniture in the room is beat up. And, the small refrigerator is dirty. The soap dish is old and dirty. I have stayed here many times for years, and renovations are needed in each room!

My stay here was great. Good restaurants around .. love the area. Very quiet.

The shower had mold and dirty stopped up. Drains pillows were flat as a board. And they charge for Wi-Fi not even courtesy cup of coffee and they charge for parking overnight not a good thing.

Property has no indoor pool but the picture in google still showed the pool. The room rate didn’t include wifi, however, wifi fee was still charged even when we didn’t use the wifi.

I attended a milestone high school reunion and stayed here along with 150 of us. The party was held in a banquet room on site. Everything was wonderful including food. My only concern is the removal of a manila folder with my trip info and a $100 Visa gift card I was planning to give to the organizer. I know I should’ve used the safe!!

Reception staff was totally rude and non courteous. We were a couple and they just provide one bottle of complementary water bottle. After paying such a big amount for stay thay still charge $15 per night parking charges. Ridiculous

Loud wedding/party late into the night.

Had people there all night that would not shut up had to call the cops
