Clean room. Open mic night was nice. It’s in a really great spot with lots going on around. Only issue was that there wasn’t much staff around on site. But they were friendly and nice regardless. Honestly this was a pretty great spot.

I enjoyed my stay at the Harlow. Conviently located so I could make stops there to refresh during my day.
Because it was a work trip, I realize that the room was not equipped with a desk. Also, no simple coffee maker. These are two things I would have appreciated.
Art events and a 24-hr cafe is super. I didn’t get to use the gym but it was nicely equipped.

It's a lovely, older hotel with a lot of character. In the heart of downtown, but our room was right above the street, and it was noisy - definitely bring earplugs!

Great hotel, not pleasant to walk around outside as the homeless seems to have overcome these neighborhoods by the train station. But the service at Harlow was the BEST!!!

Front desk staff was awesome..even lent us a phone charger because we forgot ours at home. Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again.

What a great hotel and well priced for the quality. The bed was top of the line and the bathroom was A+. Due to security the initial check in was a tiny bit awkward (couldn't find the entrance) but other than that the stay was top shelf. Thanks for a great night and I will look to stay here again when I visit PDX
