I was disappointed in house keeping, i asked twice to clean the bathroom, very dirty, toilet, sink and pretty sure bedding didnt get changed. I always stay at Harrahs when in town....very unhappy

Not having automatic room service like clean towels, more coffee. Why do you have a "resort fee" without the above?

Friendly staff, great outside pool and drinks and good prices on rooms

Rooms were show wear. Lights were hit or miss as if they worked. Bathroom lighting needs fixing for my room. I cannot speak for the whole hotels bathrooms.

Room was fine… plugs by the bed on the table were weak and wasn’t able to charge our devices. Other than that, it was fine

Keisha was very kind and very friendly she helped us with a lot the property was clean up kept comfortable and cozy will return

There was a leak from the air conditioning unit that resulted in wet carpet. The issue was reported and they technician responded.

Terrible hotel , bad customer services , never stay here again

This hotel was filthy. Rooms were nasty not clean and smells bad. Not worth the money not even if your stay was free. Ended up leaving to stay at the IP which was a very nice hotel for a LOT less. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I’ve stayed at several Harrahs and never had a room in such poor condition.

The rooms are not well maintained and can use some upgrades.

The property was okay

There were 3 people staying in a 4 person bedroom and there were only 2 sets of bath towels. I called housekeeping 2x and the front desk to get more and it took almost an hour to get. I purchased the gulf view room and it was more so a partial gulf view room. Looking straight out of the window was the pool area and the Biloxi bridge going into D’iberlvile. The gulf was on the right side. The sheets on both beds weren’t necessarily clean as there was hair and different colors on them. The room was in bad condition so to speak. The outlets to charge devices were loose and had shorts so someones phone didn’t charge properly. The bathrooms shower knob didn’t turn properly so the water was constantly dripping. The toliets handle would get stuck when flushing so the toilet either continually flushed or didn’t flush at all. The website mentioned microwave upon request and I did request that in advance and there wasn’t one present. Housekeeping also did not clean the room during the scheduled cleaning time. One thing that was good was hotel staff were very friendly.

Everyone was friendly but the carpets were really dirty and the parking lot look pretty trashy
