The bathroom in the KC tower room 337 had black mold and the casino floor had tons of games down. Definitely not a good experience!

It is starting to show it's age.

It was not what the advertising on the website. Room only had one chair to sit in . I have to ask for towels every day.. I will not recommend this hotel to nobody

What should have been a great stay turned disappointing quickly. My wife had booked a room early in the week, but never received a confirmation. As we were driving in, she went and booked again, to make sure we’d have a room. When we checked in, she explained that we may have 2 reservations. They checked and said no, only 1. We checked in and then on our way to dinner later, checked again with the front desk and they assured us we had only one reservation. The next day, lo and behold, we were charged for both reservations. When we contacted Expedia, they said they checked and Harrahs said they had to charge for the second reservation (Expedia), since we didn’t cancel in time. This will be our last stay with Harrahs. We clearly showed for our reservation, they assured us at the desk they wouldn’t and did nothing to resolve our issue.

Picked this hotel because of casino, but more than half the games in the casino were inoperable along with escalators due to ongoing maintenance. Would have been nice to know that in advance.

Very nice hotel. My major complaint is the lighting is too low in the bathroom and you cannot see to apply makeup.

The room was dated and the casino was a disappointment. Many slots were a $1 each which I think is high. We will not go back again.

I did not like that no one told me at checkin that additional on property taxes would be charged per day. I have never had that before when booking with travelocity. The bellhop person was not helpful... we asked for a chart and he walked away as we struggled with loading.

Definitely needs comfortable Mattresses

The property is getting dated...the carpet in my room needed to be re-stretched and secured...it was wavy. The room was clean but he toilet would have benefitted from an additional scrub. The staff was friendly and helpful

Overall, it was fine. The room was clean and the fridge & AC worked well. I expected the property to be a little more upscale since it's a Caesar's property.
