Lots of fees. Average accommodations. Casino wasn’t anything to write home about. No one working desk at 6:30 for checkout. Waited and waited. Figured out there was an electronic mechanism so I checked myself out. Then there was no one at the valet stand. At this point I was unhappy and went back to the front desk. I loudly started asking if there was anyone here. We had a plain to catch and no one was at the valet. A woman appeared. She said she was in back “doing paperwork”. Whatever. Either way no one was available. But they had no problem charging more fees.

I had reserved 2 room with 2 queen beds. Ended up with 2 King beds, when my wife checked in, they gave her one room with 2 queen beds and the other room, gave her one king beds, one of the guest had to sleep on the sofa which was very uncomfortable. Waste of money for what I paid for. Never again, I will book through Expedia as I had contacted them before the trip and they couldn't do anything about the mixup.

T V didn't work called front desk and was told someone would come to fix it, no one ever came up. Carpet in the room is damaged with large wrinkles.

It states RV Parking, however no designated area for RV or Trailer Parking, when arrived towing our boat it was a challenge even driving through parking lot looking for spot to park truck with boat as the lot was full of vehicles. If you state you have RV parking there should be a designated area for such with easy in and out access when someone arrives to stay at your facility towing or rv’s.

Most of all is good.

Definitely could use an upgrade. Appeared old.

Perfect spot for the middle between nature and city fun.

The location is great, and the check in staff were quick. The cleanliness and quality of the room was bad. All the furniture was rundown and or stained. Bathroom was very tight, had broken appliances. The Arcade was awful, like it had not been cleaned in years. I will not be staying at this location again.

Harrah’s Hotel & Casino has gone downhill ever since Bill Harrah owned it. Now they overcharge for everything (parking & “Resort Fee”), they only clean the rooms every FOUR DAYS, there is no showroom with top entertainment, and the buffet on the top floor is closed. It’s a poor imitation of the way it used to be. Also, they charged a 15% Gratuity AND $2 Service Fee for takeout food from the coffee shop on the casino floor.

Harrahs is very old rooms need to be upgraded the room we stayed in had cracked tile on the bathroom floors and missing caulking around some of the tiles and one of the table tops was worn out it looked like it was dirty and had not been clean in a while. The resort fees and self parking fees are outrageous. We should not be charged for parking or resort fees when staying at a. Hotel. Parking should be free in self parking and parking garage. We already pay enough money for the hotel room. What are resort fees used for anyway at a hotel casino. And why do they charge $20.00 per day for self parking.

Nice stay.

Only problem we encountered was the phone would not work and no one from maintenance came to check it out. Also, both bathrooms sinks in our 2 bathrooms did not have hot water. I report to the supervisor on duty and he was very courteous and accommodating.

The room we stayed in was next to the elevator which was very loud, had to change rooms, they couldn’t accommodate our request for another king, so they moved us to a double queen. The air conditioning in that room made a repetitive moaning noise all night. So we changed rooms again! The last room was quiet but we had no hot water in the middle of the day to shower…….old casino, generally disappointed in our whole stay.

We liked the proximity to shops and resturants. The Gondola is close. They provide a shuttle to a local beach free of fees. To go to the beach that is within walking distance right down the street is a joke. The prices were $30 per adult and $20 per child. We didn't like the parking situation. There was no complimentary coffee. We booked through Expedia and the prices were not accurate. Not a bad stay, not anything to brag about. Transients asking for money outside the doors. Overpriced and drunks walking around.

Thete was no one available to xheck me out yesterday at 1:30 am. I used the kiosk to check out. This would be available on the caneras in the lobby. I yried calling in and got the run around ot no answer from the lobby desk at 8am on July 6th.

We enjoyed the Italian restaurant on the 18th floor. The casino was fun but very smoky. Wojelce liked the option to have a non smoking section. Arcade in the basement was fun for our toddler. Wished it were dog friendly . We got a room next door for our dog.
