Room was dirty

It was pleasantly surprising how nice this hotel was, and for multiple reasons. The room was enormous. You could have fit a third bed in the room. While it was in an area surrounded by cornfields, it was in a great location. There is a restaurant conveniently located right next door. The rooms were very clean to add. Wo loved our stay.

This is another time I paid Expedia and never checked in. This time was a little different. I paid and the clerk told me I had to wait 3 hours to get in the room. So I left and never checked in. Again why am I being charged without checking in? I don't understand.

Everything was ok no problems at all good work.

The lady that checked us in was friendly and very nice. She said she was new, but I couldn't tell she was fast and got us checked in. The room was alright but the top blanket was dirty and didn't smell clean and the brown blanket was dirty and had cigarettes burns all over. The white sheets had black and tan stains so we had to get a 2 throw blankets from the store and we laid on them.

Wasn't 5stars but it was clean and staff was friendly. Shopping center connected can walk for anything you need

Beautiful clean room. Very spacious. Close to lots of restaurants and some shopping and a short drive to the fairgrounds or casino!

Bathroom was out dated. Toilet seat was old and faded. Tub had rust and old stains. The staff was helpful with the limited resources they had.

Dead bugs in the bathroom, and the tub needs whitening.

My stay was ok can't complain to much but a little more upgrades needed phone in the bathroom on wall old style.

The staff were very kind and friendly! The property itself definitely needs an overhaul. We paid a premium rate for our stay expecting it to be a decent place. Although the room itself appeared to have been remodeled at some point, there were definitely some concerns with the cleanliness. When we arrived the floors were sticky, the toilet did not want to flush, there was black chunks coming out of the tap when you tried to shower. There was a ring around the toilet bowl that had not been cleaned in some time. There was a smell of stale cigarettes that overpowered the hallway and into our room that was so strong we needed to buy an air freshener to make it tolerable. There was hair on the bedsheets that was not ours when we arrived as well. There was no bars of soap (the mini ones for your hands) or any sort of hygiene product in the bathroom. On the positive, there was lots of parking, there was easy access to the area and lots of options for fuel, a fast food place etc. again, the staff were great but this is a 1-2 star at best and does not justify 250$ per night.

Upon arrival the person who checked me in, not very engaging. I knew about the “continental” breakfast but no mention of anything about it or the hours. Go to my room and I am before opening the door met with a smell I can’t put my finger on what. Open the door and I smell, what I think smells like musty cigarette (non smoking room though) Walking in further, room appears to not have been cleaned AT ALL, sooo dusty everywhere, floor unswept. I go to the front desk. A different person was there and very apologetic about room condition and put me in another room. What I thought were stains on the sheets, were actually holes. The bathroom, appeared to be not shown any love in cleaning dept. I did not shower there. Most places I stay right up until check out, I rolled out at 7 as soon as I woke up in the same clothes I arrived in, that I also slept in. Two words “DO BETTER” my advice to this place!!
