Beds were comfy! Showers were warm

Cleaning service was fantastic but the water cut off randomly during our stay and they rushed us to check out despite being within the window.

Expedia should be ashamed to have this property for their clients. This building should be closed down and highly inspected. Totally inhuman.

The area is so gorgeous, it was super close to everything!! CVS next door was a life saver. The rooms were a little sketchy but honestly it was really great for a quick weekend trip. would stay here again

The place has a friendly staff, is super close to Ocean Drive and the beach, is near a bunch of restaurants, and you can get there easily from Miami International Airport on public transport.

The room we stayed in was deplorable, moist smell. Dirty towels and sheet with make up on them. There was a hole on the door, and the water was shut off mid shower. The hotel needs a lot of remodeling work done. The smell was the worst.

It was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. There was no trash can, microwave or mini fridge. The stairs and floors were always wet. No parking in the property, and the closest parking is too expensive.

Propiedad demasiado vieja necesita una remodelación urgentemente más bien dicho necesita que construyen un edificio entero desde los cimientos, Huele demasiado a humedad, qué está síntomas de asma tenía, dos de mis niños tenían mucha irritación en el cuerpo. También había goteras por todos lados, Y el señor de mantenimiento trabaja pintando y lavando los padreslas 24 horas haciendo mucho ruido a las dos de la mañana y chiflando silbando extrañamente, estuve hospedado cuatro noches cinco días y nada más limpiaron la habitación una sola vez, tuve que pedir papel del baño dos veces y una vez no me dieron que no tenían que hasta mañana le llegaba eso me díjo la persona que estaban la recepción, la verdad no te lo recomiendo mejor quédate en tu carro estarás más seguro, la última noche que pasé una persona abrió mi habitación un hombre nada más abrí la puerta y se fue rápidamente, propiedad insegura La propiedad no tiene estacionamientos, gastaras mucho en estacionamientoque al final acabarás pagando más de estacionamiento que lo que pagaste en el hotel, la verdad muy decepcionado muy malas experiencia,

I took a girls trip with my daughter and niece ages 15yrs and 16yrs. Our flight was delayed so we checked in at 9pm instead of 4pm. When we arrived the room that was given WAS NOT THE ROOM THAT I BOOKED. It was room #1 which was a basement room. We immediately smelled mildew/ or mold inside. It had a portable air conditioner which the smell was coming from, no refrigerator, and right by the stairs. I asked for it to be changed but they were completely booked and was offered a refund. Every hotel was booked so we had to stay. I have bronchitis and my daughter has no respiratory issues but we coughed all night. The next morning after 1pm they relocated us to a ground floor room. This was the room that I initially booked. Fresh, clean, working air conditioner and refrigerator. I was offered a 20% discount upon my check out but never received it. The only room I will ever get will have to be 234 because it was what was advertised. DO NOT STAY IN RM #1 EVER. (Also no ice machine on premises or complementary breakfast)

Didn’t look like the photos online. Workers don’t really wanna assist us. Towels provided were not clean. Floor in room was pretty dirty/dusty. Seemed like it was a hassle for us to stay here for the employees. I would not recommend staying here.

Me gusto mucho este lugar, como latina me senti muy comoda , la recepción es muy bonita y atendieron muy bien. Hasta llegue temprano y guardaron mis maletas. La cocineta tiene mucha variedad pero le faltan algunos cubierto

This is by the worst place I have ever slept at in my life and I have slept in a London subway... The rooms are falling apart, they are gross and the air conditioning hardly worked. Those are all the concerns you worry about once you get past the general murder vibe you get just from being there. The front desk lady was nice though ...

Toilet didn’t flush, shower just poured water all over the floor because they don’t have a curtain or wall. Place stinks inside like mold, probably from everyone’s showers dumping water everywhere. Our tv had no remote. If the beach wasn’t a 5 min walk this place would never survive.

Very friendly staff but the place is run down, they were remodeling the lobby but the rooms and hallways should be a priority.

There was black mold in the ceiling so we ask for a room change and they told me that wasn’t available. They sent someone to put bleach on it and cover it with paint.

So nasty. It’s concerning how unclean it was. We couldn’t even walk barefoot since there was dirt everywhere. The nightstands had crumbs, dirt, dust, and stains on them. TV in room, but no remote. The bathroom had scum everywhere. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least months. Crap stain on the bathroom floor. Shower head was completely rusted. We didn’t even feel safe using faucet water based on how everything else looked. You could also hear people on the outside working, and banging tools, people in the hallway, and even people rooms down talking in their rooms. The place is barely being held together, and feels very unsafe. When we went to go to bed, we noticed unsettling stains on the pillows and the bed sheets, so we could barely sleep with how disturbed we were. Plus, you have to either pay for parking on the street or behind the hotel. We had to spend $60 for 24hr parking. Only nice thing was that it was walking distance to many things. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. It should honestly go on hotel nightmares.

The area around it was nice as it’s only a couple of blocks away from the beach but the hotel its self is unsafe /dirty the floors are coming apart in places in the hallways. There is mold on the walls in the rooms as well as cockroaches. The AC doesn’t get cold just blows warm air around. TVs don’t work unless you hook up your own WiFi/hotspot
