We loved our stay! Such a great place to stay with kids!

Beautiful place. Loved the hotel in general but the bed was extremely hard not a good sleep & it was loud outside our room.

If you go to Dollywood this is the place to stay! Shuttle bus is so convenient. Fast passes are included with your stay which is a big plus when Dollywood is crowded. Breakfast in the restaurant is wonderful! Pool is amazing! Lots of activities for kids

This is a true resort property, but without a bunch of resort fees or even parking fees tacked on. The upfront price is what you pay. Definitely worth a stay even if you are not going to the Dollywood park, but the added park benefits make it worth a visit even if you hadn’t planned on it.

Excellent property and overall service. Transportation to the parks, golden hour and time savers are nice perks. I would definitely recommend and we will be back.

This place js beautiful, clean, quiet, and fun! The food was great and the pool was so relaxing!

Its so beautiful and the pool looks like a tropical island. Very Elegant yet it has the mountain feeling.

This property is gorgeous. We stayed one night for an anniversary after a day at Dollywood with friends. Cleanliness is fabulous. The front desk personnel and the courtesy tram driver were delightful and personable. We made a reservation at the restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. Our steaks were nicely and flavorfully served. There is no spa on the property but they are glad to take you a short distance away for spa services, to DreamMore, but I declined. The only complaint we had was the afternoon bartender who was not only abrupt and rude to us, but we listened to her exchanges with others in the bar and her brisk demeanor never changed. She also engaged with other service personnel in complaining about guests at the pool and a bar order from the restaurant. We felt most unwelcome and she needs customer service training. Perhaps, her personality may better fit a dive or biker bar, but she has no business in a higher end establishment. Honestly, I have never heard such a rude barkeep who was so annoyed by everyone and every pour. I find it hard to believe that there have not been more complaints about her arrogance and ill regard for her guests.

Gorgeous property and kind staff. Pools are fabulous. Well appointed with a very kind staff. Comfy bed, lots of towels and wash clothes. The room looked new. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!! Good Job Dolly!

The room is a good size and well laid out. The Lodge is easy to navigate without being overwhelming. When I checked in, I was given the Time Saver card and told to get my wristband which allowed me to ride the trolley to Dollywood and use the Time Saver lanes. It was an excellent perk. For breakfast, order up Dolly's cinnamon bread with coffee and have it delivered to your room. The pool is wonderful, the bar service is great, the little fire pits around the back of the Lodge are sweet. I wish I had stayed longer.

Such a lovely resort. All the little details in the decor of the room was appreciated. The outside space was stunning. I loved the firepit 10/10. It was fun to see Dolly's vision. It was a beautiful place.

We loved the Heartsong! The staff was very friendly and the hotel was beautiful. It was also very clean. The only thing we didn’t love was the food.

Wonderful! I only wish the beds were more comfortable, but this place was amazing! Quiet and convenient. Definitely would highly recommend.

Very Beautiful place and the pool was amazing. Not deep enough for older kids but 9 and under it works perfectly.

Beautiful, peaceful, well kept facility, friendliest staff and can’t wait to come back next year!
