The hotel is in an excellent area, with many oopotunities to visit and simple access. But the room is very small and the elevator spends a lot of time moving people.

Room size was small, but that was expected... appropriate for the price.
Didn't realize until after booking that the room was an apartment, not a hotel room. Therefore no desk service or housekeeping. Would have been nice if that had been more clear up front. Also, being an apartment, the heating was controlled by the building super. Had to leave the windows cracked open to keep from overheating. Which, I suppose, is better than not enough heat.

La posizione dello stabile è ottima (vicino all'incrocio tra la 31° strada e la 6° avenue) ma l'appartamento è molto piccolo e sprovvisto di armadio: assolutamente non adatto per più di 2 persone. All'arrivo la stanza era molto impolverata ma, non essendo previsto il servizio di pulizia durante il soggiorno, abbiamo dovuto pensarci noi...
