I was worried about staying due to some of the reviews, but decided to take a chance. This hotel worked well for my pup and I for the night and is likely where I'd come back to stay for a weekend visit.
The bed was comfortable, there was no noise from other rooms and the staff were friendly.

Don’t be afraid of the poor reviews, this coming from someone who has stayed at several high end hotels. You already have accepted a step below your higher standard but don’t want to break the bank on the trip. We had a CLEAN bed, CLEAN floors, fridge and microwave!! For the money, safe and well worth it! An added bonus if you have inside dogs (we didn’t), all dogs are welcome!!! Very unexpectedly pleased. I even paid extra to our 2nd night just in case we wanted to cancel and pay for a $300 room for night two.

They falsely advertised a flat screen tv with channels. The room was damaged. There was a whole punched in the wall front cover of the dresser drawer was ripped off exposing nails or staples (what ever held it together). A random board screwed to the wall, no fire alarm what so ever in the room. The one chair in the room was the picture perfect STD petri dish... Do not recommend not even to my worst enemies.

Expedia booked this room and sent me a confirmation. When I arrived I was told they had no rooms available and couldn’t understand why Expedia would book it. I am done with Expedia; twice in 2 days they screwed up badly

Terrible. Filthy rooms. Went to our room and it didn’t have a TV. Asked the front desk and they said “Yeah they people that stayed prior to you STOLE the TV and maintenance hasn’t replaced it. Happens all the time.” Offered a discount and I demanded a full refund (which was given) and left another 5 minutes later.

My stay was amazing forgot my debit card and ID along with 2 100$ bills . ID and Debit card were returned but $200 were not. Front desk said they would contact a manager and would be called back.

Rooms were a little run down. Beds were on the hard side. Plenty of few choices within walking distance. Customer service was horrible when we checked your in as we had reserved two rooms and she said we only had one showed her proof of the reservation and she said there was nothing she could do about it, member had to sleep at a different hotel down the street.

Definitely not going back! We asked for an early check-in at booking. The gal at the desk wouldn't let us at 1pm. The front desk is not 24hr desk. We came back at 9:30 and couldn't find anyone. We called the # and it went to voicemail. We ended up driving to Madras for a place to sleep. The manager called us and offered her apologies. Never reserving here again!

J’ai apprécié de pouvoir faire un checking 10 minutes après la fermeture de la réception et je remercie la réceptionniste pour cela.
Par contre, au-delà de dormir, il n’y a rien à faire. Et attention la climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien.
Le matin pas de check Out, la réception était toujours fermé à 8h30, le petit déjeuner qui était censé être compris, même si on avait pas de grandes attentes n’était pas et n’avait pas lieu

Bed good. BBQ restaurant next door good. Bad no TV, no mirror in bathroom, and homeless people in parking lot. Bad still has carpets. Good tile and caulk work in bathroom. Looks like a former franchise that someone is trying to make into a nice motel and actually may have the skills to do it. Got what I paid for.
