The hotel is clean and newly renovated. No restaurant inside the hotel but very convenient to find food around

We had a great time I think the only thing to improve is that at certain times the elevator is hard to get

The staff overall were very good but our room was noisy facing 57th street 8th floor we could have requested a move but the room was good and first bed I’ve stayed in more than a couple of days didn’t give me back ache so real bonus

No dedicated bar and restaurant inside the hotel, these are located on the corner of building at street level. I booked a Deluxe Studio, 1 King Bed but questioned my room when I arrived because it looked no different to a standard room, wished I’d saved my money. Rooms facing the street are extremely noisy due to the traffic. Disappointed with paper coffee cups in the room, surly a 5 star hotel can provide proper coffee cups!! Besides that, clean functional room, great location for 57th St Metro & Central Park.

Excellent stay! We’ve stayed here before and came back the second time because we’ve liked it so much. Restaurant is excellent as well.

This property is a perfect location. It is so close to Central Park and Times Square. The staff are excellent and the rooms are superb.

Parking is hard

This property was very clean, all staff were polite and attentive. The room was large by new York standards and very high standard. Lots of little extras that made the stay feel very special.

Always a pleasure, clean towels and bedding, comfortable beds and great staff. Only feedback is they don’t clean the bedroom floors

Everyone n everything was fine

Great place to stay with my teenager and it is in the center of everything you want to see in New York.
