Upon check in i was informed that i had to pay extra to park. I feel that this is just a way to make a buck and am pretty disappointed. The young lady stated “its our policy” and that was it.

Everyone was so nice and the rooms were really clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtubs are enormous. I loved it so much

Had a nice stay-close to CSU, pretty easy and clean...didn't care much for the parking payment app that is required, and quite pricey but otherwise a good stay.

This hotel is way overpriced for what you are getting. There are more expensive hotels located in the main downtown area of Fort Collins that are better choices. The hotels may be presented as more expensive by Expedia, but in the end, it’s not true. This hotel, nickel and dimes you for everything. You have to pay for the coffee, you pay to park in the parking lot that they own I might add. They charge you $50 per day for a “dog friendly” room. In the end, my trip was significantly more expensive staying here than it would’ve been if I would have stayed in the better hotels in the main area of the downtown. I could’ve looked past that if the college kid working the front desk hadn’t acted like a pretentious ass with the long, drawn out sigh, when asked explain the extra charge. I won’t ever stay there again.

Great breakfast, super quiet and comfortable bed!!

They made me pay for parking each day and then they put me in a room that was not what the pictures looked like on their website or on hotels.com website when I booked it. Trash cans looked more like decorations than actual trash cans too. I could not even put trash into them. The manager Rami was supposed to contact us and never did.

Great location for visiting CSU

I stayed at the Hilton Fort Collins for an event. I would say it was "okay", it was not nearly as nice as other Hilton's, in fact I think they should rebrand this as a lower-level hotel brand to manage expectations. The event I attended was good and well-coordinated, but the catering was a disaster. They ran out of salad and there were several vegetarians that were counting on it. Food kept running out, saw people having to scrape the pan just to get a tiny bit on their plate. I would NOT use this location for an event that involved serving a buffet style meal. I personally though the food was mediocre and could have done better, but catering was not managed well at all. I did not have any issues with my stay. I would also mention in case you arrive in cold or rainy weather, you have to sign up via QR code to pay for parking, which is discounted for members, and will need your license plate number, so take a pic of your rental plate and then run inside, lol.

Parking not included in my quote was a bummer!

Always get great service

Lobby was clean and spacious. We had a Mountain View king room. The room was dark but spacious. The bathroom was small, dated and needed repairs. The hotel has its own lot but charges guest for parking (even Honors Guests).

So pretty

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The hotel is nice and convenient to CSU. We were disappointed that Expedia said breakfast was included when it was not and that the staff was dismissive of the issue (although it was obvious that this was a common issue with Expedia bookings).

It was way overpriced and the breakfast was terrible for having to pay $10 a person. Why do you charge for parking?
