Quiet, yet close to the highway for easy travel access. Close to different shops.

My only complaint is that the TVs were outdated. TV kept turning off every 20 minutes for no reason.

Nice and clean

Great. People, location, business trip. Nice clean room. Well maintained property.

I wouldve given a higher review but we were on the top (5th) floor and the ceiling had water damage and it was pushing down. It looked it there were multiple patches done to the ceiling. Other than that the room was comfortable. I did bring it to the front desks attention.

The only complaint I have it that it wasn’t a smart TV in the room. The available channels didn’t fit my likings.

The hotel was very clean and staff was great and friendly.

The bed was like sleeping in a wok

We enjoyed our time here in the hotel. The service was efficient and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The a/c was nice and cool which is essential for Texas in the summer.

Left an item and called to let them know, long story short they could ship or we could pick up. The nice lady that helped never mentioned a time for pick up and my husband drove 4 hours to pick up and front desk didn’t give us the item. They were rude and didn’t even acknowledge what my husband was saying and he had to drive back! She kept saying they could ship it instead of checking with lost and found since I had entered online that I would pick up!

Amazing staff and very beautiful property

We had our large family reunion here. The facilities and accommodations were good and conducive to large groups. We enjoyed the pool area. The biggest problem by FAR was the lady at the counter. She was awful. She made lots of us mad as we checked in. I wanted to see if connecting rooms were available and she wouldn’t even look. She said I should have done that ahead of time. And she wasn’t nice about it AT ALL. As people checked in, about every other person came away saying she was rude. She really just wanted to listen to her earphones or look at her phone way more than help us. The lady behind the bar….Elva, I think was her name….was WONDERFUL! We all loved her!!

We love the property, the room and the convenients of the hospital being across from the hospital and easy access for getting there for knee replacement surgery. The only disappointment I had really had nothing to do with the hotel because it is beautiful, however I requested a senior citizen’s room with a walk in shower for safety reasons and reseaved a tub with shower but thankfully my sister assisted me in my showers.

Everything is neat & clean

Very clean , very comfortable bed nice mini fridge. Easy parking and convenient location next to shopping and food options.
