We had a grest stay with a lovely room upgrade for our anniversary. Staff polite.. lifts a little long st tomes if your on the top floors. Would totally recommend

It was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great.

Room was newly renovated and immaculate. Very comfortable and quiet. I was happy with my stay. The balcony was a great surprise as well!

The hotel was clean and convenient. The only limit is that you could not get an elevator easily. The wait can easily go up to 15-20 minutes on peak times and if you are on the 24th floor, that could be a problem. Otherwise it was good

The front end staff were AWESOME!! Always completely helpful and saying “have a good night” whenever we left in the evening. A big hats off to the staff!!!

Hôtel très vétuste Ascenseur en panne (pour un hôtel ayant 30 étages) … obliger d’utiliser les escaliers (nous étions au 11ème étages). L’état de la chambre avec meubles délabrés (tiroirs cassés) Nous avons signalé ces problèmes aux personnels d’accueil qui ne semblaient pas du tout concerné. Leur seul réponse à été que nous n’en avions que pour une nuit 😳 À fuire

The location of the hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. The room itself was really spacious and provided more than enough for our stay. We did encounter issues with a room mix up which led our keys to not work and other hotel guest to be given access to our room but it was quickly resolved

Please read these reviews. I went against what I thought people were being picky about and still booked here. The elevators are literally about to fall apart, you could not feel less safe. The restaurant is not open, the hotel is dirty, the beds are hard and Tiny. The toilet ran the entire time that we were here. The staff was extremely rude half of the time, super super nice the other half of the time. We were only here for the weekend, so I rolled with it, but 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Rooms were clean which is the important part. But the price we paid for are honestly now worth the small rooms they have. Also a lot of the amenities were under renovation and breakfast wasn't included as a compensation for the other services not being available. Maybe we booked this hotel at a bad time but its a shame really.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had staying in a hotel in NYC (which I do often). The room they checked me into had not been cleaned - the pillows were piled up on one side with a headprint of whomever had stayed the night before. The carpet was stained as was the desk chair. The air conditioning was not functioning. And, best of all, the sliding door to the bathroom fell off and nearly fell on top of me (and it was HEAVY!). Completely unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

To long waiting time for the lift, as only 2 where working. And the shower had way to low pressure.
