The hotel is tucked away from busy area (traffic wise) but walking distance to almost everything like Rockefeller, Broadway, shopping and eating, specially to Serendipity where our girls begged us to go. The room is small but we spend most of our time outside exploring New York so it wasn’t a big deal. We are supposed to check in at 4pm but when we arrived at 2pm, our room is ready so we have plenty of time to get ready, eat and walk to Broadway to watch Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. It was a great experience. It’s also close to the airport.
Only one elevator for the most part was in use, so that was kind of annoying, but overall, it was fine.
Would definitely stay again. It’s a small room but its cozy in its way. I just wish i was told before about their property damage charge beforehand. Also, their Ice machine would work sometimes. Very close by the E train station and many food options around.
