It was wonderful, thank you. Our check-in was with Jacqueline & she was so efficient and courteous and informative. Check-out was also fast and smooth sailing. I’m so glad Staten Island now has a hotel they can be proud of.

Everything is in a good condition, the room is clean, attention is good too, but in the room that we stayed the air conditioning was doing so much noises when it turned, I stayed on the second floor, and also please make sure if you are doing a reservation with Expedia that yours will include Breakfast, because I will ensure that I did it with the breakfast included, but at the end it wasn’t, also the Hotel should offer at least water for free in the room.

Beautiful grounds and gardens. There was a party with loud music in the ballroom. The pounding base from music prevented us from sleep. Complained to desk but they didn’t intervene. Huge spider one morning in our room and we saw ants in the lobby. Wouldn’t recommend.

Maybe it’s a generation/age thing, but the music at the on-site restaurant was rough. The theme song for the show “WKRP in Cincinnati” is not music. It set a bad vibe for the place. Otherwise, the experience was nice, the location was convenient and the staff very attentive.

It doesn't show beautiful qualities it's. I've stayed in older hotels that show quality. No place to eat that is affordable for miles. The restaurant is a high end expensive in a hotel that's ran dow.
