Great property and very friendly staff. Great location and always felt safe. The street in front of the hotel needs cleaning, trash in front of the hotel on the streets but that’s a city problem, not the hotels problem.

Bad attitude of hotel counter staff. There is no patience to explain the problems of the guests and there is a sense of ridicule, lack of training. The rooms are very old, musty and moldy walls. The corridors are very narrow, like a student dormitory. Not worth four stars at all. I booked for three nights for my child, but it was unacceptable on the day of check-in and I checked out that night. No refunds at all. It was the worst experience we have ever had. If you are a backpacker then you can consider it but this hotel is not worth the price at all!

Front desk was not - seemed bothered by any requests.
Advertisement for food was misleading.
Happy hour inaccurately advertised. There was none. We were told we could go to the snack bar and purchase something.
