Great rooms and very clean

The location was close to the airport. Pooler has a lot of shopping, food, etc. the bed was not the best and the pool hardly had any towels

Though some of the employees at this hotel were very nice and professional—particularly the evening front desk staff who were welcoming and accommodating—my overall experience was disappointing due to a few rude and unprofessional individuals, especially the morning staff on Friday. I raised a concern about the excessive noise from being placed directly in front of both the elevator and ice machine. When I spoke to the manager (I believe her name was Caroline), she initially claimed there were no available rooms to move me. Only after I mentioned checking out did she suddenly find a room on the backside of the hotel, closer to the street and parking lot. What made matters worse was that when I returned to the front desk, Caroline and another staff member seemed to think the situation was a joke. Their dismissive attitude was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression. It’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a guest. This stay could have been much more pleasant if the morning management team took guest concerns seriously and acted with the same level of professionalism as the evening staff.

Front Desk staff was awful, lacking customer service and not very helpful.

The rooms were quiet and the tv is a nice size. The Lobby is nice. The hotel has 2 floors and the common areas are well maintained. The corners of the bathroom could have been cleaner but overall a solid 9 for cleanliness. The breakfast has two prices, $10 for a continental or $17 for a hot breakfast (per person). We didn’t get either. Typically the continental breakfast is free at hotels, we boycotted the whole thing based on that and giving 4 stars.

Quiet..so well located. Beds need replaced..breakfast extra but nice to have.

Something you take for granted (toilet paper) was located in a terrible location, under the bathroom sink counter, hard to see, hard to reach. The only towel rack in the bathroom was in the shower.
