We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was so close to the convention center. The kitchen was so nice to have, as well as a nice table so you don’t spend too much on food. The bed was comfy, rooms were quiet! There isn’t a casino so it’s not too busy and it’s not smoke filled. We walked next door to circus circus for cheap breakfast and midway games. Would absolutely stay again!

Pull out mattress and bed was so uncomfortable. Floor was dirty with spills. There was some kind of sewer leak on our floor so it smelt like straight poo. Our AC didn’t work in our living room part of the hotel.

The room was nice, the gym had certain key items missing, there was no restaurant at the hotel. So the hotel market was overcrowded. No casino either. The hotel felt overcrowded.

We've stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacation many times before and returning to this resort once again was a very satisfying experience. The resort is clean, the staff is friendly, and this resort if perfect for a family vacation.
The welcome staff is a bit pushy to get you enrolled in the Hilton program and the shower drain was not draining properly.
Otherwise, perfect stay and we'll definitively be back :-)
