Good location and friendly staff!

It was ok. You do have to pay additional for parking. The interior feels a little dated and the pool was lack luster but we didn't spend much time there. The hotel was clean and comfortable but rooms also felt a little dated. Plenty spacious but they must've started some sort of construction project in or nearby at 7am every morning and they deactivated our keys because they forgot to put a card on file when we arrived and were very unapologetic for the inconvenience...

We had some plumbing issues but overall an excellent stay

Great hotel for staying in downtown Indy. Clean, quiet, and within walking distance of the Capital, the Circle, the River Walk, and the Zoo. Many dining options nearby. Only downside is parking fee is separate, running $45 - $55 per day; but that is the case regardless of where you stay downtown. The other option is to stay outside the city and pay for parking when you arrive at one of the attractions.

We loved this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, large, and the bathroom was so accommodating! The front desk was super friendly and it was so close to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Loved it and will plan to stay there again.

Enjoyed my two night stay. Staff was attentive.

The only problem was our bathroom water was always hot. Even the toilet which was weird. The bowl was hot. Strange.

Great location to walk around town! The rooms were clean and very comfortable

Beds were very comfortable. Shampoo bottles were empty and were not refilled for 3 days, we used our own. Old pieces of candy next to the bed, bad drainage in the bathroom sink - water stayed there for forever, rusty pool, troubles with scanning a room card in and out of hotel garage.

Hotel facility was great. Not enough staff to face rooms prepared for guest. Didn’t get a message from Hotels.com that my room was ready until 9pm.

The hotel was well cared for and in a great area. Our only complaint was the toilet would not flush, someone was sent to fix it and it worked briefly but then would not flush again. Otherwise stay was great.

Room had issues with hot water. Both cold and hot handles released hot water in bathroom sink. Shower/Tub would go from scalding hot to ice cold in two minutes without warning. The air conditioner was loud and had a repetitive knocking sound that would keep you awake at night. Both issues are not acceptable in a high end hotel. If we had been in the room more, we would have asked to switch rooms/floors. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was nice looking, clean, and decorated well for the WNBA All Star game. Very convenient to downtown Indy attractions

Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Was able to get the room plenty cold. Showers were a bit noisy between rooms but water was warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for walking as well. Decorated perfectly for WNBA All Star weekend!

Hotel and staff were excellent!

Ronnie at the front desk was excellent. Also had great service from the valet Braxton. He had to guide us in since all the roads were closed due to a bike rally

No cold water during my stay, AC (very conveniently) wasn’t working during my stay in JULY, fitness center was also poorly ventilated. Restaurant was fine, but they tried to overcharge me once for lunch.

Property is fantastic. Massive rooms, nice pool and close to everything. Self park is 54 a night which is pretty obsurd but thats what it is.

Great location downtown. Staff were mostly amazing. The beds were fantastic and rooms were very spacious!! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a made to orxer omlettes, waffles and pancakes. There is even a starbucks on site. Down side was the air conditioning never fully cooled the room. It was a bit muggy and hot in there at a balmy 72 during 90 plus days. Also in the bath the sink, tub and toilet only had hot water. That's right every time you sat on the toilet you could feel the steam from hot water. Showers were scalding. They said they were sending engineers to check it out. Which was the standard answer for all. We were there for 3 days. If you need downtown, i would stay again.
