Clean and safe

The hotel was nice and near everything we needed to visit. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There were only 2 issues. One was the breakfast buffet… unfortunately food was terrible and misrepresented. We were told there was a omelette station and basically you just tell the waiter what type of omelette you want and they do it in the back. When it comes out it is super hot (it took 10-15 minutes to cool off so there’s no way that was made fresh, it had to have been reheated and then it also tasted like burnt oil residue and fake eggs product). The fruit wasn’t sweet, the muffins had no flavor and seemed dry and the waffles had a funny after taste. The sausages weren’t that great either. The potatoes and bacon were very good. The other issue is that I emailed for the hotel to contact me about getting a price adjustment on the rate of my stay as I saw it a couple of hundred dollars less 2 days before me check in and I received an email telling me that someone would contact me within 48 hours and a week later I’m still waiting.

Property is super outdated, the rooms are dirty and smells bad. If you looking for good location go for it, but you looking for comfort and good service stay away.

Exceptional treatment by the staff & hotel had great accommodations!

There was a $50 charge to check-in before 4pm! I have heard of paying for late check out but never check-in. Felt they charged for everything and then it took almost two hours for our car to be brought around from valet. Honestly expected more from a Hilton

It is New York I know, but it was a little disappointing for a Hilton. They could do better.

The room was not very clean upon arrival. The bathroom had peeling wall paper, the beds weren’t clean and the floor was not vacuumed.

The location was perfect! Celebrated my gurus bday and we had a great time. The only complaint is the $95 valet parking! No in and out and you need to request 1 hr before. This is crazy and I was disappointed.

Clean nice location

Given the great location and great price we got by booking last minute for a beautiful and spacious room, this was definitely a 5-star experience. Yes, there were some glitches, but they were minor.
