Friendly staff and lots of options for food and activities

My room had an amazing view of the city and was walking distance to the ocean.

No safe in the room. Coffe shop outside hotel

Close to the baseball park

The food could improved. The wstervof the sink and bathtub didnt go down right away

The front desk workers need to provide instructions on how to operate the elevators and the procedure for garage parking. Otherwise, nice hotel.

The weather, location, and everything else was Awesome

Great location for events at Petco Park. The views are amazing and overall a good hotel stay. My only complaint was the check-in. Check-in needs app updates and there was not enough staff to support these needs.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location!

We had a great stay! The hotel is in a wonderful location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Just a tad bit dated. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The only thing that was frustrating, was parking. We used the self pay lot, and the key card never worked to let us in/out, which meant we had to call the attendant every time, which most time meant we sat for a while waiting to enter and exit. For the value, the hotel is great.

Our room did not have hot water… they did end up switching rooms for us, but the customer service was not the best.

Hotel is modern and close to the waterfront broad walk and Seaport Village.
