Loved the location and hotel. Convenient just across the convention center. Clean room and lobby

Nice view. We valet parked at $65 a day and just walked everywhere. Food, coffee, shopping is all within blocks of hotel

The property is beautifully renovated and squeaky clean. The front desk staff were friendly, fast, and very helpful. I’ll be staying here for future visits to the Gaslamp district.

Loved being close to restaurants, the marina/bay, and the trolley. Hotel was updated and clean. Would recommend

my only complaint is that the mattresses are not comfortable (extremely firm)

We arrived at the hotel at 3:45 pm and our room was not ready! The room that we were given was by the elevator so we heard the elevator noise to late at night.

Check in was quick and friendly. Budget friendly hotel in solid location.

The location was PERFECT. One street away from the hustle and bustle of Gaslamp Quarter, it was easy to "hop over" the Convention Center stairs to the boardwalk, parks, the symphony or head up 5th street to the MANY restaurant and bar options.

Location and facilities were good. The front desk was very helpful. The only thing i noticed was that there were still some gone dust even after house keeping dropped by to clean.

to be so expensive there should be a jacuzzi a lot of drunk people in the area as well. However, the hotel was clean and nice

Really liked this hotel and would stay there again. Very convenient, especially if you’re going to see a concert at the Rady Shell. My one minor comment, is that the trash cans in the rooms didn’t have a plastic liner bag in them and throwing away food related items felt messy for the staff to have to clean up. Otherwise room was nice.

The property was nice, but be cautious about the homelessness in the area, as there were individuals sleeping right outside. The VIP parking is the only option available, and it’s a bit pricey with no self-parking available.

Everything was setup with care and attention to detail. Thanks for our amenities.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, California and had a very disappointing experience with their valet service. During my stay, my car, was deeply scratched while in the care of the valet. I immediately reported the damage and filed a customer claims form with the valet manager. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have received no response from the valet manager, the front desk, or room service. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. I expected better service and prompt resolution of the issue, but instead, I am left with a damaged car and no assistance from the Hotel. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when using the valet service at this hotel
