Holiday Inn Club Vacations AT DESERT CLUB RESORT, an IHG Hotel

loved this location and what it had to offer. I plan on staying here next time I come to Las Vegas. Or even any other hotel location they offer throughout the world.

Had such a good time, amenities, ease fo entry and exit, very clean and quite, next door the the Sphere

The resort is right next to the Sphere which made it a very convenient location. The condo was well equipped with everything we might need.

Rooms were dark and not well lit. Other than that, it was great! Proximity to Sphere is primo.

The floor in the room hadn't been swept in weeks or even in months. The safe in the closet wasn't working. Apart from that, the service was great. Even the extremely pushy timeshare sales guy was super friendly most of the time.

Great family friendly place a quick walk from the strip.

If you're going to go to the sphere, you cannot get a nicer closer place to stay. I particularly like that there was not a casino and if you wanted to gamble it was your choice to go somewhere

The Check-In process is ridiculous. It takes well over half and hour OR LONGER to Check-In. And I had an experience of a Front Desk person lie to me! All the other staff at this Holiday Inn were great! Very nice people that work in other positions at this Resort.

Staff was exceptionally helpful. Great location, nice rooms, nice pool.

Wonderful and beautiful place. Great for the family and any ages. Great location near the sphere.

A little outdated and the room smelled like old smoke.

Nice place, conveniently located to the Las Vegas strip. Very clean and the staff was always helpful.

I loved that this property was approx a 3 min walk to The Sphere. It also had a full kitchen with a coffee maker which seems to be rare these days in Vegas. What I didn’t like: I booked through Expedia and thought the Room was paid for, however we arrived to find out there’s an extra $170 Resort Fee we had to pay, plus another $200 as a security deposit. Walk in and almost $400 is gone. After you check in, they won’t give you your room keys until you go their their vacation club desk. Here they put on the hard sale, trying over and over to get you to join their Vacation Club. We kept saying no, and we were both extremely tired from traveling and just wanted to get to our room and lay down, but the guy at the Vacation Club desk was having none of it. We kept telling him we weren’t interested, but it didn’t seem to matter. We FINALLY got our keys and headed to our room. The next morning a marketing person calls us and it’s the same song and dance all over again. My husband kept saying we weren’t interested, but they don’t care. To say they are beyond persistent is an understatement. The restaurant on the property is just “Ok,” and is sorely understaffed. We had to get there by 4:30 to get a table for dinner and then you wait for everything, from getting your order taken to getting your check. We had to plan ahead for this. The first night our waiter was also the cook, so he was in back making the orders and then trying to get out to take orders. We won’t ever stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. But the villa floors were dirty. Had to wear socks the entire stay. The beds bedding had stains. The dryer took forever to dry stuff. But overall the stay was comfortable. We enjoyed our family time there

Perfect place to stay!

This is the 4th time we stayed here. Staff are very friendly with excellent service. The location is easy access to the strips. Highly recommended.

I stayed for proximity to the Sphere. At check-in, I requested a late check-out which was granted. I explained that I am a psychologist and had telehealth client sessions my final morning before I flew, and didn't realize checkout was 10am. I was delighted to get a 12:30 late check out. However, unfortunately the cleaning crew kept banging on my door during my sessions to ask me when I was leaving. I got up from my sessions twice to tell them about my late check out. t was very disruptive to my sessions, and unprofessional on the part of the hotel to not communicate my late check out to one another. Addictionly, I am quite sensitive to mold, and the kitchen in my room 2-101 had a strong mold odor, and gave me a headache on morning number two. I won't stay there again. It's not worth it, even with the close proximity to the Sphere venue.

Floors in the hotel turned everyone’s feet black. Called for housekeeping and watched them “clean” with dirty water. Two of 5 pools closed and the main one that was open had crumbling, dirty brick around it.

We have been to your resort before- It was slightly crazy that we didn’t get in to our room until after 5pm. I requested a specific building and a went even close. I requested again for May and am hopeful to get the building and hopefully get in by 4 as advertised. Staff were lovely.
