Holiday Inn Express & Suites CAMDEN-I20 (HWY 521), an IHG Hotel

The toilet seat in my bathroom is broken.

I liked the convience of gas stations around the area.i did not like that there was garbage found under the chase and couch in my room along with under the micowave was dirty

Staff was great the refrigerator was not cleaned from the previous guests stay but the staff did accommodate me for that

The hotel was disgusting. There were stains on the bedding. The bathtub was dirty and the drain was clogged with hair. They took our towels when they cleaned the room but didn’t leave any clean ones. The service was terrible. The pool closes at 10 o’clock and when we went to the pool at 9 o’clock, the front desk clerk was there with some of her friends and told us the pool was closed. Ridiculous place!

Convenient location, quiet room. Bathroom could use some updating. Tile floor needed cleaning. Carpet needed vacuuming.

Tha property was clean… the staff were great and friendly!!! I would stay again

I liked the breakfast and the staff was friendly. It was memorial day weekend and the pool was green with lots of debris. If I had been traveling with children they would have been very disappointed because I wouldn't have let them swim.

This was a good stay. We slept well and it was all nice and comfortable. The staff was curtious and helpful. The one who checked us in wore a mask and we could not understand what was said. We do understand the reason for the mask. Someone continued to block the back door exit open with a small stone and that was a security concern. We reported it and the staff responded. The closers on the doors were far too strong making the room doors slam hard if released. There was a sign to not let that happen but it seems a better solution is to have the correct closers on the doors. Our all we enjoyed our stay snd would stay there again.

The room carpets was dirty drapes/paper shade could not come completely down I had to put cushion from the sofa at the window for some privacy also the door did not had any security latch so I put a chair behind the door in the event that the door was open I can hear the noise if it open. The next day there was a knock on the door I answer who it is while my door was being open I screamed out the person said sorry I am maintenance he left and later that evening I went to the front desk and reported that incident I was given some lame excuse and that will not happen again. The 3rd day I was sitting watching TV the door open I was not completely dressed so I screamed and cried out and whoever was on the other side of the door went away. I went look at the peak hole and could not see anyone in the hallway. I contacted the front desk I was told by the clerk that she's she just came to work and don't know what's going on I told her that I did not feel safe and I would like check out she said that I paid through a third party I can check out if I want to after that conversation I tried calling other hotels there was no availability. I called the front desk the clerk said that she spoke with her manager and the manager said that no open my room door I asked to speak with the manager and I was told she left for the evening. I decided to call the police department to report the incident. That's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in I will never stay at another holiday in hotel.

Pool was dirty. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Bed comfortable and room nice. It was a beautiful day to sit by the pool but pool was not appealing. Water dirty and turning green. Breakfast was very good

Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower head.
