Property was well kept and off from the busier parts of Orlando/Kissimmee

The rooms were dark. There were holes and unsightly caulking areas around the shower. The people above ran around and stomped all night. The room smelled wet and damp. The elevator jumped every time we arrived at the 1st floor. The door to building 2 was often broken and open. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room.

Everything was wonderful

Having read previous reviews i was slightly worried about staying here. However I can not praise this hotel enough. The staff were lovely, the facilities are wonderful- many swimming pools, zip wire, parks, cafes, we played bingo one day by the pool, arcade, board games. The location is great for getting to sea world, disney, food , shops. It was quite, our room lovely and clean. The free breakfast was a huge plus. Free parking. A free shuttle to disney. Just wondering and such good value for money. We would stay again!

Smoking everywhere they have the smoking are right on the lobby and no recommend if want to be on a non smoking hotel

Très belle place pour la famille , déjeuner excellent, les piscines sont très belles , et le personnelle très accuiellant !!

The only con is that its further west from the airport. The Hotel itself was clean updated and friendly. All of the other options that are available makes this location incredible. The pools, the rec center, the pool bars, adventure park and all of the different kid friendly activities made it a great experience.

Beautiful property, one of the prettiest I’ve stayed in

I should’ve been compensated for two reasons. One was needing to transfer rooms after 10 PM when my air conditioner stopped working and the other due to staff not knowing where a couple things I left in the bathroom from the room I was transferring out of. I asked every day at least two times. Granted the items were not of much value but did need to re-purchase because the person who cleaned the room stated there was nothing in the bathroom left behind.

We decided to take a chance on this hotel because it was a really good price, free parking, free breakfast, and not too far from Orlando. We ended up really enjoying our stay! The hotel itself was okay - our room was large, clean, and updated but the main areas could use some maintenance. Most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very basic, but again, free! However, the resort amenities you have access to while staying here make it worth it 100%! The lake and pier are beautiful, and the pool closest to the lake is fantastic! We spent every morning and evening there. The water park area was fun for the kids too. The location ended up being great as well, only about 15 mins away from Disney, close to lots of restaurants and Walmart /Target. We will be back!

Breakfast was really good but bedding can be more comfortable and rooms can be more quiet was hard to get some sleep. Besides that the pool was nice and breakfast was good.

Awesome staff. Extremely clean.
