The air constantly shut off and if we left for the day once we got back we would walk into an 85 degree room! No towels at the pool or easy access to a restroom while at the pool. The TV in the room had a huge, very noticeable scratch on the screen. We paid in full online but then when we got there required our credit card and a deposit of $100 which yes I understand in grand scheme of things but would be nice if told this ahead of time. The hotel isn’t easy to get to because the address doesn’t include that it’s on a service road so the maps send you to wrong place.

We always stay here while in Fort Worth. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. From maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen and front desk we are treated like family from all!! Jennifer was very friendly and helpful! She’s great in the position she is in! And Miss Alice.. my goodness she has become family!! You are the sweetest!!!

The room and property looked clean enough and the breakfast was presented very well and there were many good choices. It was tasty and warm, both the coffee and the hot choices.
As for the room, we did find a dead roach by the toilet which was not removed after housekeeping cleaned (glad it was not alive). We did have to ask for an iron which was not brought to us until we asked for it twice.
