Holiday Inn Express & Suites MURRIETA - TEMECULA, an IHG Hotel

Always quiet and clean!

The first room of my two rooms on a three night stay, was right next to the freeway; it was incredibly loud during the night. I asked to be moved to another room because of the noise, which HI accommodated. In the second room, the shower wouldn’t transition from the bath to the shower. I told the front desk about it, and while the woman at the front desk was very nice about it, the maintenance people told me I needed to use a “little more elbow grease” to turn on the shower. I suggested to them that they fix the shower rather than me using elbow grease they said OK we have to go to Home Depot and they apparently go to Home Depot and finally fix the shower. Next, the carpeting in the rooms was filthy. Finally, after the shower fiasco, I asked the front desk to have housekeeping come in and clean the room they never did. I would NOT stay here again. Thank you.

Overnight for a wedding nearby. Feels brand new - everything was spotless. Nice breakfast and a friendly staff.

Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful hotel, great staff, extremely clean. Check in was smooth and super quick. Our stay was great and breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast from frozen prep. Eggs, sausages cold beacon was extremely crisp. One morning staff informed coffee percolator was broken then 20 coming down from room they were there. Why lie. Very dissatisfied customer service.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and overall pleasant. Some rowdy/noisy people in and around the hotel all night long but, not at all the hotel’s fault. Jesse at the front desk was great checking us in when we arrived late at night.

Good location, right next to a nice coffee shop and target. Clean, and updated rooms.

Comfortable clean and quiet

A comfortable stay. Too many other hotels really skimp on the places to hangs accessories or towels so I was so happy to see the plenty of storage, towel racks and hooks available. Also the shower head was amazing, no low flow showers during our stay. Pool isn’t heated but felt very refreshing on a very hot day. Can’t speak to the breakfast but appeared to be the usual continental fare. Overall we had a great stay.

We like our staying in this hotel. Everything was great. The room was clean and it has new furniture. The size of the room is very good. The The staff was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great over all. At night it was difficult to sleep as there was a lot of noice from the floor above, like a dog running back and forth playing fetch pass 11 pm at night.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The gentleman that brought us our crib, Alejandro I believe, made the whole stay 5 stars

Great place for business professionals that need to work while onsite. Great central location.
