When I checked in. First gal was great very nice and gave a lot of ideas in the area. Went to the room and it smelled. Called front desk it was a different gal I think manager. And she didn't act like she cared. Then go to take a shower and there was 0 soap. Only lotion and 2 towels. Had to go to front desk to her some more.

I initially had concerns about this property. I spoke with Kelly, one of their managers, about my concerns. She was very pleasant and helpful. She took the time to listen and worked with her staff to address my concerns. The other staff was friendly and helpful as well. I would gladly stay at this location again. They were lovely!
