Shower curtain fell and hit me in head.moved to another room that wasn't the suite I booked and it had spiders.moved to another room and coffee pot was broken

I came in in the evening and the young man working the desk was polite and helpful and super efficient. Everything was fine and this location was perfect and close to my work event.

Clean, professional, food available at night and great breakfast.

Worst Experience Ever.

Our room was clean and well appointed. Appreciated the Dove toiletries.

I ended up waiting over an hour to check in. There was an administrative error on their end, and the staff was very unhelpful. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was recently updated, but I would not stay there again.

Staff very rude did not tell us upon arrival that there was no water, did not comp for anything and way over priced. Pool was disgusting and dirty definitely would not recommend

The hotel was very clean and updated. The breakfast nice too. Thr rates are high in the summer, so I cannot plan on staying here when o visit family in NJ. It is okay for off season visits.

It was great service, overall good!

The hotel in general was very nice. But room 308 is a dud. The HVAC unit is not functioning properly- the fan is stuck on high at all times. So the room is either very cold or very hot and it is difficult to find something in between. The front desk was aware of the problem but no one came to fix it. Also the auto-closer on the door to the room is not strong enough, the door shuts most of the way and then gets stopped at the jamb without totally shutting or locking. We left the door ajar and unlocked many times without realizing it.

No complaints, property and staff were all in order.
