The wheelchair shower and it like a walk in shower

The bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again

We were traveling with family and had 6 rooms. My son’s room had a giant roach in it Which he had to kill. Otherwise it was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was good but they didn't have any Ice, which was disturbing as hot as it was.

Both front desk staff were friendly and without a negative attitude, which has become so prevalent in hospitality. I am unsure if their names, but both women were exceptional. If i have a negative, it would be the temperature in the building. It is a hot summer and major hotels should have the infrastructure to keep the buildings at a more comfortable/cooler temperature. Lastly, the elevators are entirely too slow.

Breakfast is the best in Wilson.

Because of circumstances beyond my control. I was unable to travel to The Holiday Inn Express in Wilson N.C. I communicated with that hotel twice to keep them informed of my flight cancelations. Eventually I had to cancell. I"ve have asked for a refund but was not granted one. They were not moved by my problems with the multiple flight cancelations..MY NEXT TRIP TO WILSON, I WILL FIND AN ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY.

Normally stay at Marriott. Very pleasantly surprised at cleanliness, nice staff, good mattress and pillows and breakfast. We are so impressed, we will now add this brand to our hotel list. Great first impression.

I had to change rooms because the blinds were broken and all the lights from outside shining in to prevent me from sleeping. I did have them to change my room. BTW this is the same room I had the last visit and the problem still exists😳

I love staying at this establishment, the staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel was clean and I really enjoyed my stay for the second time!

Staff was very attentive and provided great customer service. One of my rooms didn’t have blackout curtains and staff took care of it the next day. Pleasant stay.
