Property was clean and quiet. When walking in the front desk even smelled good. Alexis, the front desk worker, was very friendly, welcoming and professional.

The only thing this hotel did not provide right away was a room away from the elevator. Once my room was switched, everything about my stay here was just right: the comfortable bed, the spacious room, the morning breakfast, the friendly greetings regardless of the time of day. I tried a different hotel four weeks after this one just to compare, and this one wins, no question. I promised the desk staff a glowing review, and I'm happy to give one!

Absolutely love this place and I can’t wait to get a chance to visit again soon and have some relaxing memories and enjoy some time with family and friends there

The 200$ room didnt have ac, my whole reason for getting the room was the hot tub which was broken the room had a smell to it and the ac wouldn't engage properly so i was hot all night

Front desk was super nice
We went down to say a final good bye to my 31 old niece we got there early explained to the front desk
She got us in our room so we could freshen up before we went to the hospital

The attendees at the front desk were so kind and helpful to me. Was nice to walk in and be greeted with a smile and a cheerful attitude. I didn't get their names but i should have so I could tell you how great they were. Maybe you could figure out who it was and you could let them know how happy i was with my visit.

Everything was OK except for the Jacuzzi. This is probably the fifth for six times that I have visited and the Jacuzzi was either the broken not hot or jet not working. That’s pretty much the whole reason I chose this hotel please fix it.

I was disappointed to find out that their water heater for the hot tub and pool was down during my entire stay which was the only reason we booked this hotel. The male manager in the morning was very unapologetic about the situation and offer no accommodations for the inconvenience.
