Good view in parking lot

Tiny pool no hot tub shown in pictures. Were only 4 chairs out at pool. Manager could make small improvements to make huge changes in reviews. As of right now i wouldn't stay here again even with the great location

We waited at least 10 minutes at the desk before we saw an employee. He was very friendly and helpful but we were starting to think no one was working. Breakfast was good, room was nice. My sister accidentally almost walked into an employee. She apologized and that employee, who may have been a manager (only one with a jacke on) proceeded to mock her and make faces, not knowing others could see what she was doing. She them got in the elevatot with us ad proceded to stare down my sister like she wanted to stab her. It was un-nerving. VERY inprofessional, and insafe feeling!

This hotel was perfectly quaint, quiet, and right across from the village across from the diner and near great Wolf and Foxwoods and everything

Great location. Right across from the aquarium and village. Clean rooms.

Staff was great, property was clean, nice variety of food for breakfast. Only negative was being able to hear everyone outside of the room in the hallways and even on the upper level. Also a negative was the shower curtain not fully covering the shower and bathroom floor getting wet. Overall it was a nice place to stay

We were very happy with our stay

We had been in this hotel before because of its location, and free parking, but it had changed since no longer has a hot tub and the small pool gets crowded with unattended children.

Overall good stay, no complaints. Very convenient location, walking distance to old mystic village.

Bed was super comfortable, a nice amount of space in the room, nice front desk staff, breakfast was plentiful and good. I appreciated how close hotel was to Olde Mystic, it is down a fairly steep hill but we walked it easily. We enjoyed dinner at Jealous Monk, pretty outside seating and friendly waitstaff.

Great location, clean rooms and lobby. My only complaint is that the lobby always smelled like old breakfast. You need a signature scent.

Went to mystic aquarium & Olde Mystic Village bothconveniently across the street

Spacious rooms, clean. The outlets were not snug though, and our chargers kept falling out of them. We tipped housekeeping daiky, but did not receive new bathroom cups in plastic, were short towels (no washcloths on 2 days), and it seems there was a theft of an item we had purchased as a gift for our granddaughter- a small package amongst the many packages lined up by the wall. No camera, so no proof. The breakfast was excellent downstairs, and the pool and exercise room were very good. Also the hotel is very well situated.

Room was a good size. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walkable to Old Mystique Shopping and Mystic Aquarium. Water machine available to fill water bottles which is a big plus. Breakfast avaliable but no variety.
