Hallways and elevator were very dirty.

Staff and breakfast is always the best

Everything at this hotel needs a good scrub. The rooms all have an odor to them and the carpet could all use a good shampoo.

We were in the area for a celebration of life and this was the most convenient lodging for us. On the plus side the front desk staff was very nice and was able to extend our checkout time by an hour, a big help since we had a late flight out of Pittsburgh. Complimentary breakfast was okay, though we chose to go to a small family restaurant in town, Connie’s Corner, for breakfast the second morning; good food and service, very reasonable prices, small surcharge to use a credit card. On the downside, the common areas of the hotel were dingy and run down, stains on the carpets, etc; and our room was not serviced after our first night, even though we were out of thy e room between 10 AM and 4 PM. Not a huge deal for us since we were only there one more night but disappointing all the same.

I stayed at this hotel in the past and I liked the staff,the atmosphere and the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel,I'll be back again.

Check in was easy, however we repeatedly had issues with our keycards not working properly. Knowing we were staying 2 nights, we opted to get the keys reprogrammed or obtained two new keys (I don’t recall what was decided). They worked much better afterwards. The water pressure in the shower was the best I’ve seen. Unfortunately, the drain could not keep up with the water output so I was always standing in the dirty water while showering. The room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Wife used and liked the gym. I would stay here again.

Property was clean, breakfast was good and staff were courteous. Room smelled like mildew because of poor ventilation in the bathroom.

Hotel is a nice property. There is a hand rail for the bathtub, always appreciate the safety item. AC was loud, but kept me mostly cool. Chair was a bit uncomfortable, not great for a person with bad hips or a bad back. Close to an event I was attending.

Found dead bugs in the bed, strange smell in the room.

The hotel was in decent condition at a reasonable price. There were a few issues: there was only one bath towel (for 4 of us) in the room when we arrived, the hair dryer did not work, and our room keys stopped working during our stay.

The customer service was unaccommodating. We came to the front desk to check in and 3 personnel
