Perfect for our stay

Room was clean and quite

Front Desk staff were very friendly, helped with recommendations on places to go as well as public transportation. Was always greeted with a "welcome back" when entering the hotel. Very clean hotel, decent free breakfast. Perfect location for those seeking nightlife and the party vibe in gaslamp area.

I didnt like that its a bit far from restaurants and those uphill climbs..thanks to the availability of Circuit and Uber,we were able to ride to Little Italy,the Harbor Village and other places

Our stay was for one night only. We got in very late checked in, but accessing our room turned to be very difficult. The door lock battery did not work, which then required us to change rooms, ugh. After catching only four hours sleep construction noise woke us up, ugh. The layout of the hotel being multilevel was very different than what I’m used to with Holiday Inn express. Parking garage was horrible and we had to pay for the parking, ugh.

Pool was closed and staff was rude when we checked out early cause it was dirty and wanted a pool

We really enjoyed our time at this property! The staff was incredibly nice and the continental breakfast was stellar. We also found the location perfect for walking to most major attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

The bathtub was very dirty, and the water didn’t drain properly. I’m not sure if the sheets had been changed. There was also a lot of noise from airplanes.

Everything seems great! Parking lot is a bit treacherous

Parking limitations (height). Outdate. Restroom shower door kept sliding open and the floor and got all floor wet. Haha Close that pool and clean it! Sesh! Comfy beds, good breakfast.

This is a good place to stay .Its very clean and property is secure and safe .Has a garage parking and I like the elevator from parking garage takes you directly your room level .

Amazing

The first room we had was horrible. The door hit the toilet and carpet and furniture were stained. The noise from the road was horrible too. Thankfully Angel was super about moving us the next day to a newer quieter room. Location is good and the staff was amazing.
