We got the handicapped room because my wife likes to take baths but the helper rails on the tub were not in the best place to assist her getting up and out. She managed to do it but could have been better. Other than all was good. It would be nice if the breakfast was included as complimentary.

Fantabulous hotel with great Staff, location, surroundings

This is my third time staying at the Holiday Inn in Pearl/Jackson, MS. They have a great room with comfy beds and a clean bathroom. It’s always nice to come to the room and it’s so cool and welcoming. The best thing I like about this HI is the restaurant/bar. Great drinks in the evening and a delicious breakfast in the morning! 10/10

It was great. The staff, for the most part, was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really good. We did the included option that was a little bit of extra money. Totally worth it. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and it was clean!

stay and room was good, there was a mixup about my billing after i left property upon checkout but the staff at desk got it straight and i appreciate that. we will be back staying at location in a couple weeks.

We booked this hotel because it had a heated indoor pool. We went to swim and the pool heater was out and it was dirty. We mentioned it to the front desk and they just said oh well sorry.

My husband & I decided to stay @ this hotel. We love Holiday Inn! This one was very nice, customer service was great! Our room was very spacious, the bar had good drinks and they also had a full restaurant. My husband is a smoker and this hotel allows smoking on the back patio! We really enjoyed our stay. We will book again soon!

It stated that airport shuttle service was 24 hour. I needed to be at the airport at 4:30 to catch my 6:00 AM flight. Shuttle was NOT available. If you are looking for hotel with 24 hour shuttle service THIS IS NOT IT!!!!

Front desk staff was not very welcoming or friendly. I believe she hated her job. Like last year, the rooms were not clean. This year the floor and carpet was so nasty, our shoes stuck to it with every step we took! It was disgusting! We couldn’t change the temperature in our room! We were hot all night because we couldn’t change the thermostat! Restaurant service and food was good but I will NOT stay here again!

Staff is awesome!

Stay was decent however our room was very hot and humid. even after turning the air down to 60 the room stayed between 73-75. The heater in the pool was out but that was known before entering the pool as there was a sign on the door.

Property was conveniently located need the outlet mall

The receptionist could not code our keys-we arrived after midnight very tired from driving all day. Our keys would not open our door. I took them downstairs and the receptionist tried to rekey them and came back up with me. The keys still didn’t work/ she went down again and tried to open a different room and couldn’t get it to open. She went back downstairs to get a manager- came back by herself tried the keys again-finally went to get a master key. It took us 30 min to get into our room after we checked in-we had to leave before 7:00 the next morning so it made for an even shorter night.

It is close to the mall which was very helpful to me because i left all my belts . I was able to walk to the mall and get a ne.
