Holiday Inn NYC - LOWER EAST SIDE, an IHG Hotel

A great hotel experience

Great value for location. Clean and safe room.

There was no shower cubicle available in the bathroom. Find bathtub a bit slippery. Also no bathroom mats available.

Good for NYC

Me and my partner had a great stay in Holiday Inn Hotel. The room with the king bed had a decent size, it was clean and super quiet. The only complain is that the air in the room has a kind of musky scent ( there is a lot of moisture in the room) so the AC has to be on 24/7. The area is super convenient, close to train, restaurants and bars. Also in the evening there is a lot of homeless people around the area so always try to have someone next to you. Overall highly recommended!

Bed & pillows & sheets were ultra comfortable- walk in shower great. Would have liked darker curtains to block out window.

Love the location. It’s easy, cute, and the room had two queens and space. Perfect NY hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Hotel rooms are comfortable and nice, but when you step out of the room, it feels congested with narrow hallways. Lobby is small and no complimentary water bottles in the room.

We were always greeted when entering or leaving. Staff was attentive and professional.

Great location

Excellent communication prior to arrival. E mails were answered promptly. Excellent check in, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room (2 double beds , mid floor) not a lot of room but sufficient for our needs. Heater was rather noisy, We needed it on for the first night as it was cold outside. Very convenient for places to eat- Essex market was brilliant as was the Chinese restaurant on Essex Street . Very convenient location for lots of attractions with subway very near. will be staying here again.

Staff was very nice and the room was pretty spacious. I didn't love the location (a little too close to the bridge for my liking). But its close to the subway so its easy to access.

Clean, comfortable and front desk receptionist super nice & funny! Will definitely be back.
