Great Location, safe and clean.

The room had a bad smell, even though it states the cleaning is done every other day it was only done once after a long weak stay. We did request the room to be cleaned but it was only done once. The person in the breakfast area was very kind and nice during our stay.

The property itself was great, clean and welcoming. The staff was top notch, friendly courteous and very helpful. Day and night shift. Great breakfast selection and friendly cook staff. Parking can be a bit concerning with the dual hotels, fills up fast, but staff made concerns less of a factor when questioned about sfaety.

They had the free breakfast and a separate breakfast buffet to pay for. Neither were clearly marked so made for some confusion.

Good trip to Columbia. Bed was comfortable and room had everything we needed. Coffee downstairs was delicious. Close to everything.

Clean room and friendly staff.

The shelving hadn’t been dusted in ages. There was a musty smell. Lampshades still had plastic wrap on them. Shower was dirty.

Great location to University, could have been more clean and pet smell in room.

The staff was great. They checked us in quickly and easily; they were accessible and helpful whenever we needed help or had a question.

Pro: Convenient to where we had to go. Con: Parking lot was very full and had to park in tight spot between two vehicles (with a 2020 Ram 1500).

The worst shower I've ever used the pressure was so low. It took a long time to get hot water or the soap off. Worn out vinyl armrest on the one comfortable chair in the room. Sticky cabinets with a sink that drains so slow it would back up

Quiet and comfortable

Not well kept up, not clean enough, and no hot water during my entire stay… unacceptable

Staff was pleasant and location was pretty good. I wish more attention to details would have been provided. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9 but both mornings I went down for just coffee around 8:30-8:45 and coffee had run out. When I asked for coffee I was told “that’s it for the day if we are out.” When I went to my room to make coffee the creamers provided were old, sour and chunky!!! Went to take a shower and BOTH shampoo and conditioner pups were empty. Went to shower second day and there was no hot water. None of this was “trip ruining” but just frustrating.

The lobby of the hotel was nice and clean, but when we entered our room it had a weird smell to it and we noticed that both of the sheets on the beds were dirty (covered in hair and had fresh stains). We told the front desk and they changed the sheets immediately. We also had to ask for more toilet paper because they left our room with only a few sheets on the roll. At 4am and at 6am a very loud alarm went off in our room and kept us awake. Upon telling the staff they did not seem surprised, and told us they would look into it. Pretty disappointed with this experience to say the least, wish we would have stayed elsewhere.
