It was very easy to check in, very friendly staff. The room was clean, this is always our go to hotel.

Nice place, room was nice and dark at night and no light seeped in to disturb me from hallway or outside the building.

Great hotel, comfortable beds. Staff was missing after checkin but friendly on checkin. Great kitchen with large fridge freezer. Carts provided. Pool good.

Clean, Friendly Staff

We have stayed here as our halfway point for many years. Each year, we notice the property declining. This time, the room I had chosen on the 1st floor was taken for another person and I was moved to the 4th floor. I recently had hip replacement surgery and would not have been able to escape quickly without the elevator. The person that I spoke to when I saw the change on the Hilton app said the hotel was full and there was nothing he could do. Once in the room, there was no shower gel and there coffee for the coffee maker had not been refilled.

The pool was cold and the beds are Not comfortable. Loved the breakfast!

Demanded a refund because closed pool was not disclosed before payment. Was told refund would come thru xpedia since that's how I booked it. 2 weeks later still no refund from xpedia.

The staff at the front desk were so friendly, and the room was clean and spacious.

So far it was the best stay of our trip

Room was clean and nice. Pool was closed for a maintenance issue and the washer and dryer had grass clippings in them and needed to be cleaned. The biscuits and gravy were great at breakfast.

My 8 y.o son and 11y.o daughter rate 5 Stars! This was their favorite place to stay. Our road trip consisted of a 24hour drive: broken into 3 days there, and 3 days back for a total of 4 hotels along the way. Hands down this was the most safe we felt along the way. The suites were nearly as big as my apartment! We were very impressed

1st room 402 had disgusting carpet with large areas of pet pee. Room 302 was cleaner but still had faint smell of pets. Hilton hotels are being ruined by pet policies.

We selected this hotel in part because it had a pool as we have children. We were notified upon arrival that the pool was out of order. We would not have selected this hotel if that was the case.

Stephanie at the front desk was amazing! I arrived almost two hours before check in time and was willing to wait. Stephanie looked in the computer and said there were some rooms available and she checked me in early. She was very customer service oriented and had a pleasant demeanor.
