The hotel wasn't a bad experience. But the fact that the elevators did t work properly was horrible. There was only one working. And being 4th of july weekend made that even worse. From what other guests were saying it apparently was an on-going issue that had not been fixed for sometime. So that is definitely a big issue. Very hot hallways. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Pool was nasty

They never clean the room and not provide clean towels

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Forgot items in the safe, staff is refusing to corporate and allow us to pick up items. These are very valuable items! Staff refuses to give names while on the phone. Claims a manager is not present on site will after the 4th of July holiday weekend. Staff is stealing from their customers!! Do no recommend staying at this hotel!!

Very dissapointing a hotel like this cant fix its elevators for weeks and weeks

To begin with, property is very beautiful and great location, we stayed here for 3 nights. Checkin was good. They lack amount of luggage carts, for the size of the hotel. One of the 2 elevators was broken making very long lines to get to your floor, decided to take the stairs after waiting over 10 minutes. The rooms smelled nice, overall clean except the carpet, which got our sox to change color quickly. Every morning going to breakfast was a 1 hour journey with the broken elevators. During checkout, the room service went into our room to start cleaning while we didnt even checkout, we were going back and forth to our car bringing things because of lack.of carts. Also, this being a pet friendly hotel, they should just make a pet friendly floor, as I had families with dogs on both neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to put a baby to sleep with dogs barking at 10pm nonstop. Owners need to keep.up with maintenance of the building, as a Hilton client, dont think will be visiting this location on our next trip to Galveston.

It was clean and comfortable

This property is really nice. However, they only have one elevator running right now. The last home 2 I stayed at only one elevator running as well, so we had to use the stairs or wait a long time to catch the next one.. There were way too many people in this hotel to only use one elevator. This property is also clean and new. Right on the seawall behind a pizza place. I would recommend this property, but if you have problems with your knees, I would try to stay somewhere else.

The bed wasn’t comfortable with the pillows couldn’t sleep for those 3 days , regardless, I enjoyed service was excellent, friendly and very nice breakfast , to many dogs hopefully they have a dogs section

Great area, Great Breakfast, Great Service Costumer, but some issue need to have only one floor for pets and area not close to the building where the pets do the need it. I will not stay again because the issue of pets.

The room and the ocean view was amazing.

The checking process and the overall room was fine. However, the hotel only had one working elevator which caused major backups. I found out from a worker that it has been broken for at least three weeks. The pool is extremely small and the water color was absolutely disgusting. To the point where my child didn’t even want to get in.

Easy access to everything and a beautiful view

10/10 I can recommend again! Super clean, everyone is nice and checking in is so easy.

The worst part about this stay was the elevator. Myself, my and three kids had to use the stairs everyday because there is only one elevator in use at this hotel. This was not a cheap stay. I could have paid less and had better amenities. Was not impressed and felt like we waisted money.

Only one elevator was working so often would wait 10 minutes on the elevator. Super slow. We were on the fifth floor so sometimes stairs weren’t really an option…especially with children.

Great stay but hotel was packed and only one elevator was working. Good breakfast, easy parking and convenient to Galveston attractions.
