Room type: suite with a bedroom. Hotel condition: clean, neat and new. Room: spacious, clean and new. We were told that Manhattan view is not available for all suite room type. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, detergent, sponge, microwave, bowls and cups. But we brought our own kettle because we are used to drink boiled warm water instead of tap water. If you are concerned about fresh air: The room has fixed windows with PTAC. Since there is no ventilation in the bathroom, you have to open the bathroom doors and switch on the PTAC in the living room and bedroom to remove the steam, and poop smell ... Poor soundproofing. You won’t hear any noise from the corridor when you sleep in the bedroom with the door closed, but you might get disturbed by the noise if you sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, especially for light sleepers. Also, sounds in the bathroom can be heard clearly in the bedroom. Soft mattress. The sofa bed squeaked but it was acceptable. A wide range of choices for breakfast: Bread / bagel / croissant / English muffin / burger bread Boiled eggs / egg patties / bacon / potato wedges / meat patties / chicken nuggets / fish fillets Cereal / corn flakes / corn rings / yoghurt / delicious yoghurt toppings Soft drinks / tea / coffee / apples / bananas You can make fresh hot waffles using the waffle maker yourself. 抵達入住可提前check in需另付50美金。單人入住仍給兩人份毛巾組，一抵達飯店想沖澡發現毛巾有異物毛髮，還好有另一組毛巾可用，所以就沒特別通報櫃檯需更換。房間內部擺設很喜歡、窗外可以看到曼哈頓市區建築物、有廚房附餐具可使用。電視一打開居然有自己的名字，很驚喜、很用心、很喜歡。早上6:00-9:00有免費早餐。無法另外付款延後退房、行李無法免費寄放，需要寄放行李要另外支付每個行李10美元。

Living there is very convenient to go everywhere.

Large, lean room at a quiet street, very close to the metar station. One free water at check in and then $3 for each one more.

This is a new developing area, a little bit dark and less people in the street at night.

Nice and spacious room. Hit shower, room equipped with mini kitchenette. Free breakfast, 2 min walk to train station. Only downside is the air conditioner was making strange noises, but not bothersome. It's hard to find a great hotel with a big room and get value for money.

Parking expensive and not very good. Not very good facilities compared to other Home2 I have been to. Bed for queen size is more like a full size. Not worth the cost I paid

Nice, clean and comfortable

I’m not sure why this hotel has such good reviews. The main area was decent and check in and check out was easy. However, the room I was given smelled like wet dog and the bed in the room sunk in when I tried to sit on it. I don’t think that’s ever happened to me at any hotel. Also the A/C didn’t seem to be working and the bed sheets and comforter were flimsy. I did manage to change rooms but the bed was still not what I would consider appropriate. Definitely not worth the stay especially for the $400 a night that I paid.

Parfait pour notre séjour en famille de 9 jours et 10 nuits à NYC. Petits déjeuners copieux, salle de sport avec l'essentiel pour un bon workout, et personnel sympathique. Ascenseurs performants. Pleins de commerces et restaurants à - de 5 min Station de métro à 1 min à pied, et pistes cyclables partout autour. - de 15 min pour être dans le plein centre de Manhattan et très pratique aussi pour visiter le Queens, Brooklyn, Astoria, Harlem etc... Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr ! ...

Nice , and clear

We enjoyed our stay very much. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Home 2 Suites. We did not eat breakfast as we met family early. Staff very friendly and personable. Room size great! Bed not quite as comfortable, however, we were in a queen vs king, room clean, bright and quiet. We also had partial city view which was a sweet surprise!

L'hôtel estvtres bien placé : à 2 min et 10 min a pied de 2 gares de metros. Le quartier est sur. Il y a quelques commerces alimentaires à moins de 10 minutes, pratique pour faire les courses en rentrant d'une journée de balade. La chambre est grande, les lits sont faits tous les jours et les serviettes chargées également tous les jours. Il y a de la vaisselle pour un repas de 6 personnes. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien approvisionné. Dommage que certaines des personnes a l'accueil ne soient pas un peu plus aimables.

Located in a quiet area, 3-min walk to a subway station, the spacious room was housekeep daily. App-operated washer/dryer available for self laundry. Free breakfast serves the same food daily.
