Everyone was friendly. It was clean and I felt very safe.

I booked the room for $250 for one night which is normally $150 . So i overpaid to atleast get the benefit of kitchen room. Later after the booking i came to know that the cooktop is not present. I reported the same to reception just to get a message that the cook top is portable and provided on request and unfortunately all were allocated to guest. I got a message from the hotel personells that they dont have and i have an option to leave. this thing happened when i checked in at 9:00 PM with family and kids. I had to go out at 10:30 in the night to get food for my kids. That was such a painful experience. I prefer not to choose their service any more.

Have enjoyed my stay and owners and staff are pleasant to speak to when you arrive.

Room was not very clean. Hair on counters. Lots of hair and dirt on sheets. We asked for new sheets and were given a new set right away. My husband and I had to remake the bed. Sheets were very old, super thin. Carpets and window shades were old and frayed in spots. Just old looking and needing an update. All staff were very nice and friendly.

I really loved this hotel. It will be my go from now on. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. The only problem was an out of order elevator that was being repaired when we were there… Really loved our stay there…

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, however our room was not ready at check in time. Interstate traffic was also very audible from our room.

RAINY AND GLOOMY COULDNT GO OUTSIDE CAUSE NO COVER ON OUTSIDE AREA

floors were being done, I almost cracked my behind on floor wax ????? and when rainy out a cover need to be on the patio area so we as guests can go out and enjoy the trip and relaxation .

No towels. Property smelled awful! Ran out of eggs and bagels on the 2nd day

The front desk staff were very nice and acted quickly on our concerns. It was just a little upsetting when all the dishes were dirty and the bed in the couch wasnt cleaned, we found dorito crumbs and a lovely centipede it. They didnt mention that there was a deposit due and maybe its just been a long time sicne I've been in a hotel room but it would of been nice to know in advance. They accept dogs but theres no real spot to let them do their business so there was dog feces everywhere on the side of the building.

I dont like that the rooms smell like urine and the shower doors do not stay closed when trying to wash.

A full kitchen (range/oven) would be nice. Needed to track down towels & washclothes from maids. Otherwise great place!

Only one elevator was working, my linen didn’t look freshly washed/clean

The staff reminded my name ever time I walked into building
