Very nice stay. Room was very spacious!

The room was large and clean and comfortable. The hotel as a whole was clean and nice. All staff that we encountered was pleasant. Parking was convenient. The hotel location was great. It was close to everything, but just far enough to not hear all the traffic. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The pool was good too

Stayed with Home2suites after going on hotels.com for close proximity to The Island. Place was so clean and smelled clean. The staff was very friendly and aimed to please. Property didnt allow smoking inside or close by, Best thing ever!!! The pools, fitness room and area with fire pit very relaxing. Recommend 100%

Breakfast was great. The only down thing was that the hash browns were cold so maybe having the food on warm plates or displays will help.

Loved everything about our stay except for the beds and bedding. Mattresses were soft and pillows worn out. Not a fan of the polyester coverlet/bedspread. Very friendly staff, room was clean and the place just smelled wonderful. Pet friendly is a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay there immensely! Great location , roomy suite and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and we very much enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower. A big shout out to William at the front desk. He definitely goes above and beyond ! We would recommend this hotel .

The receiptionists was professional, polite, and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and did not have any unpleasant smells. The beds were comfortablle to sleep in.

Nice newer hotel

It was good.

Overall clean fine place to stay. However the beds are rock hard. They are very uncomfortable and are like sleeping on a hard floor.

I love the area the hotel is located, minutes of drive to the strip. Love the lighted view from the hotel position overlooking the strip. Love the largeness of the rooms, bed was comfortable, shower was strong. Love the breakfast choice, the hotel staffs were very friendly. Love the lobby of the hotel. I did not like that the shower water was backing up in the tub during the shower, drain needed cleaning out. Other than that, everything else was great.

This hotel is a great location! Just off the island so traffic isn’t bad when going to do other things out of town, but close enough it’s a quick walk or drive down the island and the strip! Very quite property, we did a lot of hiking and Smokey Mountain sight seeing and were able to get peaceful sleep every night!

Very clean, excellent breakfast choices, everyone was very nice!!

Great hotel with excellent service/assistance from staff. We even received wonderful restaurant reccommendations. Anything we needed they were more than helpful. The only thing that could have been better was breakfast. Needed to have more fresh cooked options, fruits.

This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like is that the doors slam super loud. Waking me up at night and early in the morning.

Easy access to main attractions such as The Island in Piegon Forge.
