We had a great day at the hotel we thought it was wonderful and was everything we expected it to be. There was construction going on, but it did not impact us. Highly recommended and we would stay again.

The hotel looked so nice online, however from the moment we arrived we noticed the overall condition of the property inside and out, lobby, and most importantly the rooms were in very poor condition. Holes in the carpet, chewed on furniture, many smells and stains. The pool was one of the smallest pools I've ever seen at a hotel. Many rats running around the parking lot. The only thing that saved our stay was the nice staff and decent breakfast. We only stayed because we couldn't get our money back.

I had a sweet with a separate bedroom and pull out couch the pull out couch had stains on it and the mattress was absolutely terrible our rug in the main area was held down by tape this hotel definitely needs an upgrade

My room had furniture with burnt cigarette holes in them, the shower towel holder was broken and the toilet got stopped up with nearly nothing in it. It was definitely the worst Homewood Suite I had ever been in.

Pull out couch was uncomfortable, dirty / nasty to sit on . Carpet in hotel was dirty should be replaced .

Convenient for us to go to airport. Big nice room but it did smell like cigarette smoke, even the pillows/blankets smelled like a smoker. But overall a nice place

We had a room by the back entrance - there were a few people constantly smoking marijuana and we could smell it from our room. The furniture was stained, including stains on the mattresses and sheets. There was trash on the floor that was not ours and our tub was stained with dirt. Obviously was not cleaned. We ended up leaving a night early because didn't want to spend any more time there.

We have stayed twice before and this time was very nice. Easy check in and check out. Clean and has amenities

We are a grandma with 3 grandsons and felt very welcome here. The boys loved the pool and breakfasts. I really enjoyed the Wednesday evening snack offering. They had chicken noodle soup, very nice salad with lots of tomatoes, cukes and mozzarella balls. Lemonade was good along with assortment of cheese, pita chips with humus, cut up fruit and oatmeal cookies. Very nice treat after a hot day at the beach. I liked how the hotel was located in a small area surrounded by roads of course, that included only 3 hotels and 3 places to eat that we could walk to. I even was comfortable allowing the boys to walk to the fast food restaurant by themselves. Staff was always responsive to our needs. Young man at the breakfast area was always checking to see what was needed.

I keep coming back to this hotel because they cover basic services very well. Not a luxury resort, but a good place to stay if you're visiting family or friends on the North Shore.

Room was fine. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

The lobby seemed nice but inside the room the furniture looked dirty and dingy (too scared to sit on it) there was a big yellow stain on the rug and the ottoman looked like it had a burn hole in it. They never came to clean and/or restock anything! I will say the hotel staff was very friendly
